The new manager has definitely taken care to make improvements! My taco pizza was perfect. I appreciate the cooks putting the veggie and cheese toppings in a separate box so it keeps it crisp and fresh and the remainder can be refrigerated and applied once the pizza is reheated! (Who wants burned wilty lettuce?) I appreciate them going the extra mile for freshness!

I was eating a late dinner and I decided to order delivery from our local pizza hut online. I paid for it and it was received on their end. I was called and the manager on duty told me that the delivery aspect was closed for the night but my order is already in the oven and I can pick it up if possible and my bill would be adjusted as well. I pulled up and I was greeted by an employee with my food at my door. They were just about to lock up. Very good customer service!

Great food. Very toxic work environment. And the amount of theft that occurs when you have a manager who lives in a motel and takes $150 from the safe whilst pointing all 10 fingers at the same time is utterly and totally alarming. The store will fail under the current leadership.

I just want to say Pizza Hut is way better then what it was before my boss Lois came here. Personally I think Lois my boss made this place a whole lot better. She comes in to work everyday and works her butt off to check are dough clean and check everything. I would say she is the best boss anyone could ask for.

Love it! They have stuffed crust, which is my fav. After Casey’s messed up my cheese pizza (how do you even do that… It was straight up rubber on dough) and charged an insane amount for two of them, I decided to try the local Hut. I forgot they even had stuffed crust! Delicious. Fresh. Not rubbery cheese…. Actually have garlic sauce. Staff here in small town Minneapolis, KS are friendly, kind, and get your order right. Thanks guys!

I was here a week ago and This is my like 20th chance for the place. I’m done. I’ll drive the extra distance to Salina Dominos. Manager was extremely rude and acting ridiculous towards staff. Pizza went to wrong customer. Waited another 20 min to have ours remade. Only to have the manager cut our pizza way off center. Pepperonis weren’t evenly distributed. It was like they took a handful and slapped them on. Only to be treated like I was the problem after being nothing but nice to this guy. He has no business being a manager or in any kind of customer service. Those poor kids having to work with this guy.

My food was cold. Not all my pizza was delivered at the same time. The Supreme Pizza was mostly mushrooms. The Cinnabons had no icing on them. I had to call twice about my missing pizzas. 30 minutes later 2 cold pizzas were finally delivered.

I haven’t been as pleased the last two times I visited. The last time they forgot to give me the soda I ordered and this time the cheese bites pizza was overcooked and I had to ask for the soda I ordered again. I had done a survey online and received a coupon code for $10 off $20 or more. I wasn’t able to apply it at the end on my phone app so I asked if they could help me and apply the coupon code. They said No I don’t think we can because you already paid. I honestly didn’t want to have to deal with another issue. They also have people not wearing gloves when handling food.
