I swear this place can’t get a order right if it saved its life. Got a large spicy chicken for me. Got a medium buffalo chicken for my wife and hers ended up being the same thing as mine. When told about there mistake all I got from them was arguing about they didn’t screw the order up. Start driving over to Indy for pizza from now on.

I felt sorry for our server/cook/phone order taker and whatever else needed done that day. One girl showed up to her shift and ran the whole place by herself. Where was the manager? She was very nice and never bad mouthed anyone who worked there, not even the people that didn’t show up to work. The bad rating isn’t against our server. She did the best that she could considering the circumstances. The rating is against the ones that did show up to work.

The place is always clean, the staff are welcoming and accommodating. They seem to work well as a team which makes our visits enjoyable. Their delivery driver is prompt and very friendly. He has been very helpful with his elderly customers. Great with the kids and furbabies. Their manager must have picked well and trust his team. Because we always see the same crews in there, like for years now. We all know you leave managers not jobs. The food is well, Pizza Hut food. It looks and tastes good every time. No surprises. Just what you expect and want in a restaurant. Stability in quality of food and staff that steps up everyday and even remembers our usuals and the extra stuff we ask for. Even when they have made mistakes they corrected it as soon as we said something and with no fuss and apologies all around. They have even gone out of their way when it was OUR mistake to make the situation work.

This area is a bit of a pizza desert, but this pizza hut is an oasis. The pizza is made to pizza hut standards, so no complaints.

The pizza crusts were only party cooked. The pasta was not even warm and obviously cooked quite awhile earlier. I selected contactless experience but nobody brought my order out.
