I was shockingly pleased. Stopped ordering from Pizza Hut years ago cuz it was getting sloppy. Domino’s won me over & took it’s place. They have since started using meat that I swear is human Soooooo anyway Pizza hut made my creation & it looked great, smelled amazing & tasted quite yummy & NOT human (Thank you lol) However there wasn’t a soul dining in. I decided to give them one more shot on delivery. Read the tavern pizza was good. Maybe so at other locations but not this one. No more. Tavern pizza is supposed to be crispy. I even asked that it be made extra crispy. Got glue. AND had to order an extra pizza in order to reach the delivery dollar threshold. They won’t let you tip extra to get to that point, so you have to order more food. So I ordered a 5.99 Flatzz pizza so I could get delivery. It sucked just as bad. Pizza Pete and the founders from right here in Wichita would be sad and embarrassed for this location. Delivery was quick and the guy that delivered was really nice, will say that. But the product is awful.

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews because it’s easy to move past it, but for the THIRD time I was given pizzas that I didn’t order, each pizza had missing items. Never ordering here again

Great tasting pizza , bread sticks and desserts. Staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs. The restaurant is clean and has comfortable seating and atmosphere.

I’m adding this here after almost crying in heart break cuz this location used to be THE pizza spot in town. Even the local mom and pop places had a hard time coming close. I’ve ordered so much from them for myself and family and coworkers that I’ve gotten probably 50 of their feee rewards pizzas.
But we won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again for a very, very long time, if ever. Not this location, and not others. Anyone reading this, if I can’t stop you from using Pizza Hut, I implore you to not use this one at least. We had one night, we ordered three pizzas. One was supposed to come with extra sauce, and instead it has so little sauce on it you couldn’t even peal the cheese off the crust. Only one piece had enough for that. I complained to Pizza Hut Twitter, cuz that is just awful and needs to be address. They handled it well, corporate is nice still. But then, came back for another pizza about a week ago, and no cheese. And by no cheese I mean a large pizza had maybe half a handful of cheese on it. Again, nasty. But it was a super busy weekend night, figured let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered again today. The pictures attached to this were the result. Pizza so under some you can still taste the raw dough. That piece I flipped over? It’s to show how the crust on the bottom is only brown cuz of the grease, not due to cooking. This is almost worst than the sauceless pizza, and that was awful.
Anyone who thinks maybe I’m a bad tipper, or they don’t like me for some reason? Nope. Too 20% minimum on deliveries. And when we get our free pizzas, we always still tip 5 bucks, even when picking up. Easiest tip to make ever.
Not anymore. Screw this location. And sadly, screw Pizza Hut in general now.

Remember the episode of The Office when Michael orders pizza from “Alfredos” and all of the workers are wondering if he meant Pizza by Alfredo or Alfredo’s Pizza Café? Everyone is hoping it was not pizza by Alfredo because it is the worst pizza imaginable. Unpalatable. Bad enough that it is not worth eating. It completely defies the saying “even bad pizza is still good pizza.“ it turns out he did order pizza by Alfredo, and the employees refused to eat it because it was so vulgar. Well, the pizza I had from this location makes pizza by Alfredo look like it was made at a five star restaurant owned by Mario Batali himself. That’s just how disgusting this, I can’t even call it Pizza honestly, circular blob was.

i was ordering once a week as i enjoy pizza on the weekend but after my last visit i won’t be returning and recommend no one else does if this location doesn’t clean up its act it won’t be there very long rude managers no one at the front counter and horrible pizza ive had so many credits is ridiculous it use to be good can’t explain what happened..

I had a particularly bad experience there 2 weeks ago and posted a negative review, but was pleasantly surprised by Pizza Hut’s response. District Manager John S. got in touch with me promptly, got all issues fixed and invited me back for a free visit. I came in for the buffet today, and it was great. They got new glasses, fresh stuff on the salad bar, great breadsticks and pizza, and waiters who don’t forget about their customers. Let’s hope it stays this way!

This pizza Hut seemed normal as I walked in and the personal pan pepperoni pizza was ok. I asked for a refill and they charged me for another pop. I asked about it and they said well we are about to close this site down and were getting away from fountain drinks. What happened to my favorite pizza place. It seems like our local pizza hits have given up on doing business here. they certainly are not the most comfortable and cleanest restaurants anymore. it’s sad
