Ordered my pizza at 11am, was supposed to be here between 11:31-11:41am. It is now 12:10 and my pizza still isn’t here. The Pizza Hut employee was of no help when I called to find out where my driver was. Still have no pizza, this is horrible service and I have 3 hungry guys here and NO PIZZA! Horrible place to order delivery from. 1/10 I do not recommend this location… my estimated delivery time keeps getting pushed back…

Overall pretty great experience, food taste much better when you go in and eat it fresh so I always recommend doing that! Had an older lady server that was funny and gave us extra discounts just for dining in. Place was mostly empty hardly anyone dines in at this area so if you prefer a quieter place this one is good. They don’t currently have fountain drinks due to covid and they are trying to get them back, for now they offer free bottled water and you can buy Pepsi products. Wait times are about 10-20 min from our experience.

I am a huge fan of the thin crust pizza. Try the beef, tomatoes and jalapeño combination. You will not be disappointed. I like the drive thru window great for late nights.

This place is the shell of a popular restaurant. Their app is terrible, and doesn’t allow you to redeem points. What’s worse is this store will say your order is done on the app, and then when you wait in the drive through, it is still in the oven. Terrible. I will not be wasting time here again.

I order a pizza over the phone and ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with half pepperoni and half buffalo chicken and added extra cheese. when the order came in it was hand toss and looked to have normal cheese. I called and told them that my order was wrong and they replied and said that that’s what I ordered. I looked at the receipt and did find that it said hand toss. I then explained that the guy must of just wrote my order wrong (even tho he read me back the order 4 times.) then they stated that there was nothing they could do but charge me for another pizza if I wanted… I dont want 2 pizzas. I want 1 correct pizza. but ok. poor customer service.

Horrible. I drove through the drive through no one came to the windows so I went inside there were several workers not 1 of them acknowledged me at all. It was horrible I thought it was a joke walked right past me like I didn’t exist some girl was looking straight at me didn’t acknowledge me at all. I am still in shock. Don’t go here.

Not as advertised. We ordered specifically from Pizza Hut for their “My Haunt Box” (vampire themed box) as we are having a Halloween themed night. Not only did it not come in the packaging as advertised online but everything was separated, again not as advertised online. My receipt even stated that I got the “Fang” boxes. I wouldn’t normally be annoyed by something like this but since it was a themed night and we only ordered from Pizza Hut for this reason, it’s disappointing.

I would give zero starts but it won’t let me. Went to the Pizza Hut at 550 n West Street on April 27th @ 1:30 pm. Walked inside went to the counter and the lady working asked if I was picking up or placing and order. I said dinning in. She said they were not taking any dine in because they were short staffed and that pizza hut was doing away with dine in anyway. Just so we know. She was rude about it. Til I looked at my husband who had found us a seat and said let’s go. Then she wanted to say I’m sorry about that. We have done dine in here for years and I have never heard anything so dumb in my life. We will not be coming back to any pizza hut. You have lost our business permanently.

I would give zeros across the board if I could no stars at all! I had the worst experience of any fast food restaurant ever in my life on Sat. 5/10/25. I have never been treated so rude and pointed at and laughed at by the two guys wearing black button up shirts, which I would assume would be managers and they had a young girl come to the window and lie straight to our face worst experience ever I am completely Done with this location, but I am not done dealing with how I was treated. The food has sucked the last several times we were there, but I have never been treated so bad by anyone at any restaurant ever.! I thought I would sleep on it and feel better today but I woke up just as mad!
To top it all off, we were there to use vouchers. They gave us for our undercooked food. They made us last time. The professionalism and customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere! Anywhere, not just a Pizza Hut anywhere! And last time the guy told us he was the new general manager, and they weren’t allowed to give refunds because the previous manager was embezzling. The people that owned this franchise must be proud! How embarrassing! This location should be closed down!
They stood and pointed and laughed at us and said they would call the cops and trespass us! Needless to say we did not get any food or any service! Probably avoided food poisoning anyway! Since they don’t know what they’re doing at this location!
