The two young women who assisted me provided very pleasant customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the product itself did not reflect the same level of care. I’m unsure why this occurred or whether it was related to my initial order being made incorrectly, which required me to return the original pizza as proof—a request I fully understood and had no issue complying with. However, that does not justify preparing a replacement pizza with such little attention, integrity, or consideration for the customer who would be eating it.
It is disappointing that someone either chose to make, or was instructed to make, a pizza of such poor .

They were having a stressful night, but you wouldn’t know it. They had positive and professional attitudes. They were apologetic about my order being a few minutes behind as they had a couple of large orders in front of me. Always friendly and helpful staff. It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Why is this pizza on bread sticks? Why? I’m all for creativeness but no that’s crackhead energy. Also there isn’t any sauce on it. The girl that called wanted to change the order because they didn’t make dough. Then changed it again. I understand, this kids are teenagers but it’s pizza man. It’s not that hard. Corporate needs to rethink the manger here. Or just close the it cause they are a bad joke now.

Ordered a personal pan pizza and side of boneless chicken wings on 09/02/25. Only received 3 wings s/b 4 and 1 was reg sized and the other 2 were small nugget sized. Manager only wanted to give me 1 replacement wing. He finally agreed to credit me $1. He showed me he doesn’t really care about giving good customer service. I will show him that my business can go to Domino’s.

Ordering on their website or app couldnt be more of a pain. I have to reset the pw every time I use it. The pw has to be stronger than my bank passwords. You cant see the passwords you are creating. They require a confirmation email that takes hours to arrive. It’s as if they dont want the business.

Pizza was not made correctly and was an hour later than said pickup time…..it has been a while since I ordered from this pizza hut. And they continue to disappoint. Over priced wings and there was NO sauce. I say none. Less than a 2 or 3 table spoons. 50 bucks for pizza and wings. 19$ are wings and I get essentially sauceless chicken nuggets. Pretty dismal. Heard an employee cursing with no regard to customers. The pic is after I shook the wing container

Worst experience ever!! Ordered cheese bread and literally they gave it to me black!! I told them it was inedible for being burnt. The employee proceeded to be a complete JERK and argued said ” oh it’s just the edges burnt”. No sympathy complete waste of 7.00!! I’m calling corporate. No wonder the lady at the window told me to remember to keep my receipt. Totally unacceptable.

Ordered a pizza online. Was supposed to be able to pick it up in 25-30 minutes. Arrived at the 25 minute mark waited in line at the drive thru about 3 minutes. At the window I gave my name. A couple of minutes later. I was asked to drive around to return to the back of the line because my order was not ready. No big deal. I waited in line again for about 5 more minutes. Got to the window again. Waited for a few minutes. Was told they were boxing part of the order. It would just be a couple of more minutes. Then I was told to go park in the parking lot and wait. Someone would bring me my order. 13 minutes later. I finally got 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Big problem. Neither pizza was what I ordered. I was so frustrated with the wait. I just didn’t care. If I wanted crap service. I would have gone to Casey’s. So disappointed!
