I ordered food from here several times and every time, they were either out of bagels, out of chips, or they were on a break. Someone please help this location! You’re food and service is amazing everywhere else, why don’t you care about this location?!

This is a really nice place! You would not think so given it’s in a car dealership. That’s why I could really only give it 4 stars for the atmosphere.
But I’ve been there several times at different times of day, and I’ve gotten consistently good service. I came in a few days ago before closing, and the food was still fresh. Also, everyone is so friendly! The service is great, and I’d definitely recommend this spot.

I have not been to a new York Bagel in years. I seen it pop up when I was seeing what I wanted for lunch. The club new York, add honey mustard, pickle, onion and paper jack chesse!!! Was delicious!!! Loaded down on a croissant, lightly toasted. The workers were so nice! Actually had a conversation and thanked me for coming in today.

The smoked salmon cream cheese sounds amazing, too bad they won’t make it here. Three times I’ve tried ordering it! Shame on me for having any hope but they would claim they just didn’t have any made currently, but this final visit has made it clear that they’re not going to make any and never had any plans to make any.

I bought a coupon for NYBC on 225BestEats. $18 for $10. Great deal! I have been to the Jefferson location several times, no complaints. This location on Airline is located INSIDE the Price Leblanc Toyota Dealership. Super ingenious marketing for both dealership and Cafe! …With that said, ughhh, the workers arent very customer service oriented. I ordered over the phone, just a blah experience. I picked up my order, I was told over the phone the ‘soup of the day’ only to be told, once I paid….the soup was Not Asparagus, but instead loaded potatoe. It was already in the bag, as if they assumed I would be OK with it. I agreed anyway, people were waiting, seemed like a refund would take an act of Congress, and left with my bag….luckily, after the soup misinformation, I checked my sandwich order before I left the parking lot. My order was completely wrong. I walked back in, up to the counter and the worker was behind the counter, with an out reached arm holding another bag. She replied ” here, I gave you the wrong order”. That was it. No apology, no shame, nothing ..just Here! The Soup was cold and awful…it was as if someone tossed a 1/2 cup of instant mashed potatoe mix in with water and called it soup. Just terrible, I threw it away – so much for the great coupon deal. The sandwich was good, good quality meats, veggies and breads from NYBC, but the take away is. ..DONT EXPECT MUCH AT THIS LOCATION…..MAKE DARN SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER.
