If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two melts and redeemed my free “cheesesticks.” The order was late and this is what I got. It does no good to order a melt if I’ve got to warm it back up to re-melt the cheese. Look at these cheesesticks. No manager should be letting food like this leave the kitchen and be delivered to paying customers. Deplorable…

I put service in the middle because the daytime and weekend staff really don’t measure up to the night staff. I DoorDash and my experiences with them during the daytime hours is way different than night and there is always a long wait. I’ve seen it busier at night and they’re still faster with less people. And when there is a wait at night they are polite and professional about it, the daytime staff are generally rude and take forever.

I wouldn’t ordinarily post a review of a chain store pizza restaurant….but….we just ordered delivery on a thin crust pizza from there, it’s definitely the worst pizza in recent memory. We were very hungry and managed to eat several pieces, definitely not saving the leftovers. With today’s many choices of places to eat, I can’t believe they put out a product of this quality.

No sugar or substitute available for your tea. Salad bar over priced for selection offered. Pizza has minimal toppings. Not worth the price. Employees were great and friendly.

I was thinking about having pizza all day on my drive to Emporia Kansas and stopped in and there was nobody seated in the restaurant. I had to stand around waiting to seated. they were busy and the guy asked if I was there for takeout. I said no I want to eat here and then he proceeded to seat I wanted to give my order immediately but he said no I’ll just give you a couple minutes here and you can look this (menu) over and I’ll be back. He never came back and I’m sure I waited almost 10 minutes and at that point I gave up – they were so busy with carry out and or deliveries that I just got up and left and I went next-door to IHOP

I could name a whole list of things. The server was nice but service sucked. I ordered a pan pizza but after my order about 10 minutes later I was told they had no pan pizza crust so we got hand tossed. I ordered a large and got a medium. The sausage didn’t taste right. The wings were overcooked to the point of being crispy and crunchy. We were never brought plates or silverware, I had to grab plates from the salad bar for my wings, I could go on.. waste of money and didn’t have a great experience
