We had a great meal tonight! Minimal wait time and our server was very attentive, refilled our drinks, brought us any extras we asked for, and checked on us multiple times. It was a very busy atmosphere but he kept his composure and was constantly busy assisting all customers. Will definitely return!

The food is great, that’s not the problem. Majority of the staff here are extremely rude! There’s absolutely no reason for it, they just are! I got curbside pickup (they don’t have signs to tell you where to park) and when she brought my food out to me, she made sure to complain that she couldn’t see my car, I apologized and told her I wasn’t sure where to park because there weren’t any signs. And then, after I told her thank you, she says “YEP”. I’ll update my review when they update their attitudes!

Service was terrible! Waitress walked by the table 6 times and didn’t refill drinks. We had pasta which was cold! They brought it out first. Took 15 minutes to get a sandwich and breadsticks. Sandwich was cold and thrown together. It is sad because when we first ate there a few months ago it was excellent food and service but the last 2 times it has just been worse each time we’ve gone in.

We are in town working and we ordered pizza and salad. It was perfect!! We ever got it delivered. Our girl on the phone was pleasant and I could tell she was in training but she was very professional. No complaints here!!

I’m done dining at this location (Sabetha, Ks. Pizza Hut) and will never recommend it to anyone again. Seems like everytime we dine at this location, they either get the order wrong, the food is undercooked or the food quality is poor. I keep telling myself it will get better but it never does. I love supporting businesses, especially restaurants in my small town and surrounding area towns after the past year they have endured but I also expect better service than what I have received at this location.

This Pizza Hut is better than back home. The cheese & sauce covers the whole pizza. Great food. Good service, the only hang up was the sweet tea, had to get unsweet & add sugar cause the sweet tea had a wang to it.

We ordered a Pizza for pick up. We live approximately 1 mile from our Pizza Hut. They gave us the wrong pizza. They called us and wanted it returned. My husband was very put out about it. If they truly want us back as customers, we should have been offered something due to their problem. A 2 mile trip turned into a 4 mile trip!!
