Just moved here and wasn’t sure what this was going to be like. We were greeted and the lady at the counter took our order with a smile. Pizza to table was about 10 minutes, and can’t remember the last time we had a pizza done that perfectly! Great music was playing just loud enough to enjoy, but quiet enough to have a conversation. Thanks. Great little dinner.

Food has been consistently made the last 3 times we’ve been in here. We took friends there a few weeks ago and the staff was friendly and food was great. No mistakes in our order and friendly staff. Much better than a few years ago.

If they tell you it’s a thirty minute wait, clear your next 2 hours. Staff moves slowly while preparing your order. Went during a power outage in the town over. Manager kept saying that each order would take 3-5 minutes. Each order took nearly 15-25 minutes. It took us nearly 2 hours to get our order, despite being 11 tickets deep. Cancelled orders were not getting removed from the line causing confusion for everyone.

Ordered two things of wings a thing of breadsticks and an order or fries and it was $65. Does Pizza Hut realize it’s not a high end restaurant? Or a bar and grill? You don’t even get to sit down and look at a menu. You have to know what you want as soon as you get there. And don’t forget nothing comes with condiments. Asked for two ranches and had to pay an extra 1.50 for both.

We had Influenza A in our home, so we sent her mother’s friend to go pick up our pizza. We ordered curbside pickup through the app. When our friend got there, he gave them several versions of our names and phone numbers to try. They told him there was no order. I had to call them and tell them. When the phone was answered, the lady who picked up was giggling and told me to hold on. She said she was the assistant manager.
After taking me off hold, she said “oh your order is ready and has been here”. This caused a fight amongst some people in my home. Our friend had to drive back a second time to pick up the pizza. I called them back and asked for a resolution, with appropriate compensation for our grievance and loss of time. The assistant manager said that her manager was doing a delivery so I couldn’t be helped.
I asked her again. She then put me on hold and spoke with another assistant manager. After coming back from hold, I heard the other assistant manager talking in the background and telling her there was “nothing” they could “do for us”.
This experience was an insult. We were misdirected on the first curbside pickup attempt, and I was disrespected during the phone calls. Because of these events facilitated by management, our food came back at a poor temperature and with unsatisfactory quality. This Pizza Hut left a negative experience in our memories.

Food is always delicious and hot. Delivery of order is not too long and get what I ordered. Only thing I would like to see change on the mobile app ordering is being able to redeem our points without having a set limit to reach of $10.99. Maybe this can be reviewed and changed, I mean the order of $6.99 to use rewards plus the added tax of food, and the delivery fee gets the total above $10.99. So maybe instead of looking at the subtotal, the actual total needs to be at least $10.99. Thanks for your services, thanks for your staff working. Keep up the great work to all staff!

We were there on Wednesday Evening, they happened to have Buffet on Wednesday Evenings. They were busy when we got there a little before 6. Stayed busy the entire time we were there. The buffet was full the entire time with all items! Everything was fresh, stuff for kids, adults and all.
The manager was making sure every staff member was on top of everything. Ashley was our server and she was a Rockstar! Kept our drinks full, offered take out cups, picked up our used plates. She was fast paced and on top of things.
The bathroom was clean. They were on top of anything and everything.

Just an fyi, wings don’t come with ranch unless you pay extra( mind you, they’re already over priced). A large bread stick only comes with a small marinara. I get charging for extra sauce but who the hell doesn’t provide ranch with wings?

No salad bar ,no lemon for our water ,out of Thousand Island dressing, horrible noisy ,crackers for salad were old, not impressed I will probably never return. The young man waiting on our table was very nice and kind. He deserves a better place to work.
