I called and ordered a supreme large pizza with a 16 piece boneless wings. When I went to pick it up I got a Dry, hard cheese pizza with barely anything on it. And payed $31. Definitely not coming back.

Waited 30 minutes at the window just to get 1 pizza. (Overall a 50 minute wait) literally, no exaggeration. Nobody in front or behind me in the drive thru line. If I didn’t Apple Pay it I would have left a long time ago.

Ordered online. Website said food was ready at least 10 minutes before I made it to the window. Was told my order wasn’t ready and it would be at least 15 minutes. This only applies to the Moulton, Al location. I cancelled the order and was told I would get my money refunded in 24 hours. It’s been a week.Love the pizza and service at every other location.

The employees were super friendly and kind, the highlight of my night. They got a part of my order wrong and fixed it immediately. I had to wait a few minutes, but it was definitely worth it with their attentive service. When I got home and was able to eat, I was sooo very satisfied. Everything was still hot and ready to eat. Pizza tasted amazing, best pizza I’ve had from a chain restaurant recently. The hot honey wings were scrumptious, and the cheese sticks were just right. Thank you to the staff working tonight. ❤️

Why was there no top to my pasta, I ask because half of it slid out into box with the (cheese sticks) that were hard and had no seasoning on them, just bricks of bland dough and cheese. What has happened to the dine in part? You can’t go in ? If this is the type of food just close the doors already- I’ll drive to Russellville and get Little Caesar’s next time ! Thanks but no thanks!

I placed the order about 11:am and waited and waited and waited. Finally at noon I was looking up the number to call and the store called me. We were told the delivery driver had been in a fender bender and could not make delivery and it would be at least an hour before they could deliver the same cold pizza but we could come and pick it up. We sent someone to pickup the same cold pizza about 12:10 from 11am. As cold pizza goes it was okay but not satisfactory. I have compassion for the driver that was involved in the fender bender (and was unhurt) but we could have been notified sooner to pick up and provided fresh pizza and chicken wings instead of the same cold pizza from the original delivery.
