Not good. First of all the wait time was 1:30 hours long, the pizzas we ordered were burnt, cold and tasted like they were expired, the managers are rude and racist and will treat you like dirt . Stay away from this place place. I also saw one of the women and one of the man working there inappropriately touching each other. I think the man and the woman were going to have se+ . It’s a weird and scary place to be and I wish something will be done soon. If I could I would leave a zero star review if that was possible.

Thin and Crispy, NOPE! Limp and tough! Took back and tried to tell me that is what Thin and Crispy looks like. I think not, I have been ordering Thin and Crispy pizza for more years than I want to admit. This I was told “well you ate some” No kidding three hungry kids dug in as soon as I walked through the door! Then told I couldn’t have a credit card refund only cash. OK fine, just give me my refund. Then the guy couldn’t figure out how to even do that. IN the mean time 6 hungry people have arrived and want their marginal pizzas. Finally a female employee got right on the register and gave me a credit card refund.

Update: so not only are they skimping on topings, they’re flat out leaving wigs out of the order and cutting slices wonky. Ordered 16 and only got 12. And they cut the slices so bad one slice was barely bigger then my pinky length wise.

Still waiting on an order. . . When I called said failed attempt which is BS because we have been waiting by the door since the requested time. Now mu kids will not be able to eat before we have to leave for practice. What’s the point of picking a delivery time if there is no communication if they are running late. Customer service was not helpful at all. Super disappointed.

I was in on 3/11 and Krystal provided amazing service. It was VERY busy and she was doing an outstanding job! She was calm, efficient, fast, and very friendly. This is the type of person that makes or breaks a business.

If I could leave no stars I would. My sister placed an order on Pizza Hut website. Was notified it was being delivered through door dash. Was noticed pizza was delivered after it being 30 min late. Pizza wasn’t delivered. Called Pizza Hut and they said it wasn’t delivered but would be in 8-10 min. Still never received it after 20 min. Called Pizza Hut again and was told has to be dealt with through door dash (even though pizza was purchased on Pizza Hut website). Was told there was nothing they could do about getting a new pizza. When asked to speak to a manager the employee hung up on me. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

First of all don’t go to this location. The food is always cold and the managers always take long to help you. The managers are also very racist. One of them named Brant use a racial slur towards me and made me feel bad.
