I have been there a couple of times. The pizza is always delicious cooked as asked. Restaurant is always clean. Outside the restaurant is always clean. The only thing they need to work on is when someone comes in and stands at the counter waiting to have their order taken or their order picked up they tend to be ignored at the counter for a while. Me being in customer service if I did that my boss would be all over my backside
September 16th 2024. On this visit I am very disappointed. When I got here the place look like a ghost town no employees to be seen I have placed my order on the app but when I got here and I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before somebody came out she was very rude didn’t talk much to me at all. When I asked for a receipt all she gave me was the part that asked for a tip and it gave the total amount but I wanted a part of the receipt that shows that I got. After explaining what I needed she got it for me. When she brought my order to me she didn’t say anything to me she just placed it on the table and walked away, she gave me no napkins. She was not wearing a name tag, so I can not tell you her name. And the pizza tasted of cinnamon and sugar which as a diabetic is a bad thing for me so obviously they’re not cleaning their pizza pans well enough after they cook something with cinnamon and sugar in it to not get it on the pizzas. There isn’t a single clean table in the house all of them have crumbs on them, and the floor is dirty. This is not the service that I normally get at this Pizza Hut again very disappointed

I ordered online, and it was easy fast and convenient. When I got to the restaurant someone came right over and gave me my soda. And told me my pizza would be ready in about 7 minutes. When the pizza arrived half of it did not even have cheese on it. He stated that it must have bubbled up and all the cheese slid to the other side. When I pointed out at the pizza didn’t have cheese on half of it he offered to make me a new one. When the new pizza arrived it was cooked right cheese was all over it and it tasted delicious.

I ordered a large pizza using the app and customized it. I submitted the order. Then, I remembered my wife likes it cooked longer. I called them and they understood and cooked it longer as requested. It was so simple. Often restaurants don’t understand in the first explanation it even get it right. Well done.

It was delivery so not sure on the atmosphere. The food is always good. The delivery drivers don’t seem to notice that I say to leave it at the door because my dogs are crazy but they are really nice anyways so ♀️

Got a carry out order. The food wasn’t very hot. Seems like it had been sitting for awhile even though we picked up 3min after it said it was finished. Good deal on the pizza but could have been a lot hotter.

Wing Wednesday had me fuller than a bridesmaid on a wedding day food quality on point called to get wings. Well done and they were well done. Just the way I like them. Meat falling right off the bone when I eat it the way I want it to.

I’ve only ever ordered delivery from this location. But, the food is almost always perfect. I think we have only had one complaint in over 2 years. The delivery drivers are always great!

I we ordered 2 pizzas one chicken parm and one beef redsauce they couldn’t repeatedly gave us someone else’s 2 pep redsauce order not once but twice finally we gave up left with this horrible order and some how they managed to make the most flavorless ive ever had in my life pepperoni should atleast have salt and spice in it how do you make a pizza so bad it tastes worse than plain unseasoned white bread? Save your money make your own or buy a frozen one anything is better tortilla shell sauce and cheese anything

Well I understand being short on supplies if that was the issue but it was not. We ordered a pan pizza, a large and we got New York and Medium. Not cool at all won’t ever be back to this location.

This pizza hut managed to mess up 5 out of my 4 orders. (2 were re makes that they then messed up again!)
I say it was 5 because they “wrote my customer number down wrong” i.e. deleted it. I was very polite when talking on the phone and in person but it genuinely seems none of them want to be there or care at all about the job. The manager is likely responsible.
Terrible at making pizza. Photos are of messed up pizza. First time put 0 chicken (on a chicken basil pesto…what?) Second time no basil pesto.
Go to domino’s 2 lights down instead.
