This time he went too far !!! I paid $18.15 for the same food that i usually get in other Chinese restaurant and than i pay around $13.00, i paid $5.00 more!!! Sesame chicken combo, coming with rice and one little bottle of water! The taste wasn’t bad, but the food was all stuck together, the rice was overcooked and sticky, and the sesame chicken was soft, it should have been crunchy !! In the buffet i would have paid the same amount, but i wanted to understand why it was so expensive! I’ve crossed this restaurant off my list !!!

Food is good. They have the condiments behind the counter so that customers can’t access them and are limited to what they put in the bag. I ordered $90 worth of food (house special fried rice, house special lo mein, beef/broccoli, wings, ribs) & a large container of white sauce. What I got was 2 tiny containers of white sauce and 6 packets of duck sauce. I was not pleased as it was not enough for everyone.

But, I drove home, discovered it was the wrong order and brought it back. For the trouble they put me through they offered nothing extra. Not even the food I brought back. Awful customer service. I will simply never go here again.

I placed a order and was delivered someone elses order from an entirely different restaurant. They out source EVERYTHING. When u call the operator is in another country and they use other delivery options to get you your food and the driver spoke no English. I never got a refund or my food. Each time I called I was given the run around because the operator was different each time. Finally the manager from the restaurant called…only to question me like I was lying. She put me on hold and eventually hung up. As a manager I expected her response to be….ok let me get u a refund OR let me re-deliver the food! U can’t call the restaurant directly. Horrible service.

I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN ! First off I ordered Boneless Spare Rib tips with shrimp fried rice and this is what I got (PORK FRIED RICE). I called and told them they bought me the wrong thing and she told me they can bring me more food for 14.92$. I liked to have went off but I respectfully declined and hung up. By the way , the rice was hard as hell.

Ordered pork fried rice which was OK, I also ordered pork egg rolls. When my wife started to eat them no pork just cabbage. I called and explained the issue and was told the manager would call me back. I never received a call. Evidently this won’t make a difference as there are plenty of other dissatisfied customers with bad reviews. So obviously they don’t care, just lying cheats.

This place has the absolute BEST chicken wings. Most places cook the wings in the morning and then reheat them again later on in the day, making them incredibly dry. These are made-to-order so they are full of flavor and juicy. Not just the wings are amazing, but the chicken fried rice is also absolutely wonderful.
