I used to read a lot of books just to get that tiny little pizza as a kid. Now that I have adult money, I can go as often as I like. So I do. The family goes at least a couple of times a mo th, and it takes me back to the good old days every time.

Because my options are limited, I keep ordering from the Willard location. And it keeps being moderate at best. My order is frequently incorrect and the special instructions are completely ignored. On the positive side, the staff is always friendly.

Please read the special instructions from online orders. It makes a big difference. And please reconsider your interpretation of “Extra sauce.” I always order it, but my Pizza is no more saucy than the regular, boring option.
I know that our limited options mean you can count on repeat customers regardless, but it would be awesome to have a great Pizza Hut experience once again. I used to look forward to the chance to order PH. Now I just do it for convenience.

Ordered a specialty pizza, cinnamon sticks, chicken and 2 sodas last night costing $44. It didn’t take very long to receive the order but it was probably because the food wasn’t cooked. The cinnamon sticks hadn’t risen and were light and doughy as was the pizza. Unable to eat any of it and threw it out. I usually use Domino’s and because of this experience with Pizza Hut, I intend to go back to Domino’s. Pizza Hut was the worst pizza ever and I used to like them a lot. Too bad. Will not use them again.

Pizza hut is always great. Not too long of a waiting period, considering that the order was placed in the store. Didn’t call ahead or order online. They were very courteous, kind, and considerate. Plus the total came to $16.20, which is what I said it would be.
It was fun to do that! Shocked the cashier that it was right on the nose. Tax included.

Pizza Hut in Willard MO is always top-notch. Staff is always very friendly and approachable, even when they’re obviously very busy. Food is always great and on time. Just an A1 group of people. It does not go unnoticed and unappreciated.

This is my favorite Pizza Hut! The workers are always nice, and they make the best pizza. Plus they used to go out of their way to deliver it. Since covet don’t get deliveries at my house anymore it’s now outside of their range. It is definitely cut down on my business that they get from me. We ordered at least once a week. Now I might eat from them once every 3 months. Sad
