Doubled their prices. Name in the sign doesn’t match menu. Little girls they have waiting tables need to learn what customer service is. Cook could learn a thing or two about how to cook a meal without leaving 8 lbs of grease on the plate. Once asked for eggs and they said they didn’t feel like cleaning the grill to make one. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t bother. You’d be better off going to town to eat.

Came in close to closing time and was treated to one of the best hamburger steaks I’ve ever had ! Plus delicious perfectly fried okra and squash that was not greasy and stayed hot until the last bite of a generous portion 🙂

Absolutely the best chicken n broccoli I have ever had,. No wonder a place so far out in the country was almost packed out. If you ever go to Skyline, Al stop by this little country cafe and try the chicken n broccoli, you will not be disappointed.

It is a little confusing because the building no longer says R & J. I thought I also saw something that said Sam’s. The building right now just says Cafe. The food was good. We had Reubens and the meat was obviously canned meat. Much better than some of the ingredients I’ve had from other diners. Given the price, it was excellent.

Very friendly staff and nice clean resteraunt. All products are generic “great value” from walmart and its extremely obvious. Boxed mac and cheese was horrible and popcorn shrimp is clearly generic and precooked. This place has a world of potential but seems they are missing there chance. Ill check back in a few months to see if any improvements.
