Went in last Sunday when there was supposed to be buffet. Nothing. Also got the wrong pizza last time when I got home with my order. The staff was in there yelling at each other, they’re always out smoking. It just needs to be revamped. “Cleaned up”

I ordered garlic parmesan wings. I opened the wings because I guess they don’t want to show you your food anymore or for you to look at anything anymore until you are down the road. No sauce on the wings! I asked an employee which was nice for some sauce on them and she did. Then the manager Angel comes over and tells me to tell them I want extra sauce next time when I order because there is an upcharge for it! I said I didn’t want extra sauce I just wanted the sauce that should have already been on it. She is terrible at customer service and being a manager. The food is trash everytime I’ve been there lately, they are rude and do not deserve anybody’s business.

Went in at 11: 45 for a buffet that only runs 11:30 to 1:30 it sucked 4 people in there one pizza and 3 slices, also it was 90 inside its is cooler outside then itnside.

Dont waste ur time or money. They stop putting fresh pizza out after the first one lol, no but after 1:00 we was told no new pizza or breadstick. Had to go ask for soda and honestly the food was nasty for pizza hut standards. Buy store bought and go home, trust me

There are quality consistency issues. Sometimes the pizza is GREAT. Other times it’s not even okay. Last night we got one that was a hand tossed crust that was cracker thin, and had been flipped over onto itself partially in the box so most of several slices had no toppings. Accidents happen so while it was a disappointment to have a bad pizza, I was more upset about the crummy crust than the mistake flipping it. It was also not very hot and we got to the store right as it said on the app it was ready.

The Pizza Hut in Butler Missouri is horrible. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with onion and black olive. I ordered online and it was delivered in about 12 minutes to my house 4 miles away. So it had to have just sitting there. It tasted like cardboard and had very very little sauce and the cheese was so thin I couldn’t tell if it was on there.
