Absolutely loved going To get ice cream who doesn’t, right! We went on a Tuesday night and it was customer appreciation night and we were able to get a three dollar ice cream which was the perfect size and the perfect price. And then when I signed on my app, I was also surprised to find out. I had a birthday coupon. Great ice cream great service and great prices thanks, Brewsters.

Very disappointed. I ordered a cone cake from Bruster’s for my kiddos birthday today (He picked it out and I ordered it a week ago) that’s supposed to have icecream cones and whipped cream and cherries etc and it didn’t have any of that. What I got was a sad version of their plain icecream cake and when I called to see if something can be done I was told the manager would be back tomorrow to take care of it… Their birthday is today not tomorrow. Thanks for nothing. Waste of almost 50 bucks

Today was the first time I went to the Canton store! And to my surprise I felt ripped off with the portion of ice cream! I ordered two single-scoop ice cream cones and that really seemed like the amount they give kids for free for buying one! Paying almost $13 I told the salesperson that that seemed like very little and he just acted like he didn’t understand! First time this has happened to me! Usually the portions are very generous at other Brusters stores! And that’s why I always order one scoop of a small ice cream! But that was incredible!
