Ordered online on newyears eve for carry out, gave them plenty of time to prepare our food. When we arrived had to wait 10+ minutes to be greeted. Another family had ordered online for dine in. They told me they had been there over half an hour. No drinks and were told food wasn’t ready. More guests arrived to be turned away by cashier, because ” we are to far behind, probably should go somewhere else” we’ll, the other family left, couldn’t get a refund because the store lost the receipt. So they said “adios!”. Another 20 minutes or so our food got done, but not all of it. Missed 1 of the 3 pizzas. Had to make it , butbit came out real quick like, but damn. It was cold! Well it was not worth the wait anymore, that’s what a microwave is for.

So I doubt I’ll be back. Not worth the 60 bucks for so-so pizza. I wonder if that other family ever got a refund??

I never leave bad reviews because I hate to be that person. However, what happened today was ridiculous. I ordered my delivery order at 7:39 pm. The tracker says the store received my order and is preparing the food. It said it would be delivered at 8:09. By 8:30, I still received no order.
I proceeded to call the store and ask what was going on. I tried to keep an open mind. Maybe they were understaffed and had a lot of orders.
Except… I never received a clear answer.
I was told that they were no longer able to deliver my order because the delivery driver just clocked out.
If I ordered my pizza an hour prior, I’m unsure why the delivery driver JUST clocking out should explain why my order was never made or delivered.
I was offered to come pick it up or cancel my order.
I asked if I still had to pay the delivery fee & tip if I had to come pick it up. The response was that I could get it refunded for Pizza Hut credit.
I know this is not the worker’s fault, but why would I want Pizza Hut credit after they screwed me over? I’m not really interested in ordering Pizza Hut again.
I doubt the reason my order was never made or delivered was because the driver clocked out at 8:30 when I ordered my pizza at 7:39. If that is the reason, it’s absolutely ridiculous.
I also used my reward points for some food on that order. I doubt that is part of the refund.
It is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
I have worked in the food service before. I’ve had something like this happen. We did not have delivery drivers, only door dashers. When we forgot to include something in someone’s order or something, I got into my own car and delivered to the address. No delivery fee, no tip. Why? Because they spent their hard earned money on it and deserved to receive it.
If we screwed up an order, we provided them with a free meal of their choosing.
Why is that so difficult for Pizza Hut to do?
Again, I’m not hating on the workers. They’re trying to make their paycheck. I’m hating on the company that clearly does not care about their customers.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Server was not very attentive or prepared. Had to remind him to bring stuff we requested several times. Only salad dressing they had was ranch. When the salads were brought to the table, each was accompanied by 2 cups of ranch dipping sauce. Pizza was very bare and toppings didn’t even cover the pizza. No refills were made or attempted. Horrible experience. Will not return.

I’m so glad we found a Pizza Hut that had inside dining. Delivery just isn’t the same. Ordered a medium thin n crispy with side salad that was perfectly prepared. Clean inside and out with very courteous employees

We arrived for the buffet just after 12. We had to seat ourselves, get our own silverware, request that they bring us drinks, they never came to our or any of the tables around us to bring refills or remove dirty plates. They weren’t busy, 4-5 tables of customers, the buffet was almost empty the whole time. They would put out one pizza at a time and everyone would rush to get a piece because it was so long waiting between them bringing anything out. Some of the pizza that was sitting there was dry and sat there the whole hour we were there not sure how much longer it had been there before we got there. I hear that is a typical experience at this location. Very disappointing…..

Food and service was good. Clean restrooms and dining room. In addition it has a party area that seats about 35 that you can reserve. Non smoking. Drive through option. Lunch buffet Sunday – Friday. Dinner buffet on Tuesday. Salad bar available all the time. Also kids eat free Tuesday. See pictures in this review for menu and prices.

Hadn’t been here in a long time but I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the pies are than what they used to be if you haven’t been here since before the plandemic I would highly recommend giving it a try again if you liked the Pizza of the 90s then you will be glad you gave it another chance.

Huge props to Jessie. She ran the store practically by herself and provided excellent service. She was attentive, kind, and a great server. I wish she had more help though, just so all that stress isn’t on her. The food is classic Pizza Hut food, but with some special menu items (for example I got a ham sandwich and fries). Everything came out hot and was very good. We had no problems with our food and overall had a great experience!

The restaurant that just opened. The men’s facility / restroom, is overly filthy. The booth that I was seated in had food on the windowsill. It does not look like it was clean the night before after closing. The assistant manager is waiting on customers in dirty pants. By the appearance of the bathroom, dining room and the managers appearance. Leads me to believe the kitchen, prep area and cooking utensils, are just as bad. I was also given an outdated dipping sauce ,which I asked for one that was not expired and he led me to the salad bar dressing, which was crusty. Now if he’s willing to do that and not apologize. How many other food items in the back are being sold or used after the expression date. I would not recommend this location in fear of food poisoning.
