When I arrived at the scheduled pick up time I was informed that they hadn’t made the pizzas yet and that it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes. Whin I pulled around to get the pizza there was a car at the window. I had to wait for 20 minutes behind the car because he wouldn’t move and the employees let him sit there. I asked for a manager but after 5 minutes of waiting for one I left. By the time I got my pizza it was soggy with greasy and cold. I could tell they had just thrown it together in a sloppy hurry. I ate 1 piece and it started to make me sick from the grease. I ended up throwing it away. Very upsetting and disappointing experience.

Went there last nite. Servi e sucked. Took 20 minutes to get a drink. Ordered fries for kids and breads ticks to start. Took an hour or little more to get them. Then it took another 45 minutes to get pizzas. And they were wrong. Waitress was terrible. She set everything down on edge of table and expected us to give to everyone. She wood not walk round the table. That will be last time we go there for a very long while. Needless to say she didn t get a tip.

Waitress was super rude, told us we couldn’t order the wing flavors we wanted because they only let you order bbq or spicy during lunch but the menu doesn’t say that. Then tried charging us extra for the standard dipping sauce. When we asked her to just box it up and let us take it because we were feeling very irritated about the service, she then said my daughter couldn’t take hers with her because it’s for dine in only. We will not be back.

Our pizzas were made to order but the toppings were mostly in the middle of one of the pizzas and the extra cheese was not spread evenly. Another didn’t seem to have the extra cheese at all, but we were charged for it. One of 3 was good. Pizza Hut has been our go-to pizza place since the early 80’s. But with the rising prices, diminishing toppings and poor quality, it might be time for a new place.

It smells dirty and moldy inside so I do drive-through. The breadsticks are dry so don’t waste your time!! They’re also not consistent with the pizza.. Sometimes it’s overcooked and they’ll blame sitting in the warmer for “‘too long”. Some workers are friendly, others aren’t. :// The pizza hasn’t been good lately

The food and service here were about what one would expect for the price. An added bonus is that the floors and bathrooms were super clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and conducive to conversation. Plus, our party did not feel rushed, even after the official closing time.

We had a last minute family gathering with 11 adults and 5 children. The service was wonderful, even though we arrived at 9 pm and didn’t leave until almost closing time. The waitress made us feel welcome and gave us prompt friendly service. The food was very good too. It was a large order and everything was served promptly. Thank you for accommodating our group. We appreciate having a place to gather and celebrate as a big family.

Went to this pizza Hut yesterday. Ordered a sandwich to go. It took 40 minutes to get this sandwich! After 20 minutes I ask about my food was told they messed up the first one and had to start over. It wasn’t like they were busy, I was the only person in there.
