Wow so I live in blue springs and I’m visiting my dad I normally do but other then that it’s a 6 stars pizza Over Pizza Hut anytime I didn’t really care for the food at first but I decided to go and try it aigan I’m 20 minutes south of 7 I paced the order for all of that when I picked it up it was fresh they had wings there to I got the lemon pepper and that’s the best wings I ever had at any pizza place the down side of it just how much everything cost

I used to be a loyal customer here and get pizza once a week until I dealt with someone claiming to be the manager named Taylor. This girl was rude over the phone. The only reason I called is because I was afraid I didn’t leave the driver a tip. She then proceeded to tell me my order would not be made because I had not paid yet even though it took my card over the app, and I need to submit payment with her again. HUGE RED FLAG. After arguing, I asked for a confirmation that my order had been canceled, and she hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 to 4 times, and each time, they would pick up and ask me to please hold. ( This is a tactic used not because they had other phone calls but to not deal with upset customers.) All I wanted was a confirmation that my order had been canceled. I proceeded to drive up there and called while in the parking lot, looking at them pick up the phone, place me on hold, and laugh. I walked in and asked for her boss. I did get the name of her boss, and she proceeded to justify her unprofessional manor because she said I talked to her like she was stupid. If Taylor is in a position of authority at this location, she needs to go through manager training and how to deal with customers. As someone also in customer service, her professionalism at handling situations is unacceptable. Taylor has no place working in a customer service field and defently no place working as management. Thanks to the Lees Summit location for picking up where Taylor and her team failed. As long as Taylor works there, my business will go somewhere else.

I ordered a large meat lovers with hand tossed crust. So disapointed. The crust didn’t taste fresh, barely any cheese. When you go thru the drive thru you don’t know what you have until you get home. At almost 30.00 I expected more. It was Sat. maybe they were just having a bad afternoon. Should have gone to Guidos.

Never, ever, EVER will I do business with this Pizza Hut again. This is one of those establishments that believes the customer should meet their needs, not the other way around. We ordered 5 pizzas for pick up via the PH app to feed a large group of family members. The total bill was $72 and some change. When we pulled into the drive through and attempted to pay with a $100 bill, they refused to accept it, stating that it was “against their policy to accept any bills larger than a $20”, even on an order which was over $70. I wound up having to use a debit card (and I refused to use the PIN, forcing PH to pay a higher card processing fee) to pay the bill. Had we not had a bunch of hungry family members, I’d have stuck PH with the pizzas and gone elsewhere but there just wasn’t time. So, PH, if you refuse to accept my c ash, I will refuse to ever darken your doorway again.

I ordered extra sauce, and it didn’t happen. The pizza was dry and pretty much tasteless unless you ordered a cheese and dough pizza. But to me the sauce gives the flavor profile of what a pizza should taste like. Pizza Hut stop chinsing on the pizza sauce. $14 dollars for a small, large pizza?

Ordered online, called at 20 min late and was told it would be at least another 30 mins. Was offered carryout, so my pizza and wings were done and going to sit there for the better part of an hour. Cancelled and will never go back. They could have called to tell a person what was going on. Manager could have cared less. Horrible way to do business.

Our pizza was cooked perfect, thin crust was crunchy and yummy. Handtoss was NOT soggy and sometimes it is, so we appreciated it. We received it sooner than 30mins, it was right at 20mins so that was a bonus. Driver offered plates, napkins, cheese, and peppers that had NOT happened before and was a pleasant surprise. Overall GREAT experience! Thank you
