Ordered 3 pizzas. 1 with pepperoni only. Was delivered an olive and half sausage instead. I called to ask for a replacement pizza to be delivered. They told me they could not push my order to the front of the line even though it was their mistake and it would be 45min to an hour. They used DoorDash to deliver and didn’t give the driver a tip. I didn’t feel like it was my responsibility to tip her when I had already given the Pizza Hut driver 20%

I really used to love Pizza Hut and it used to be really easy to order your food without a problem but it seem like every time we order the meat is never added and we always getting cheese for every pizza. For some reason I don’t know but it’s been making it very difficult to order and this happened to us like at least six times and I’m over it. You would think they will call and say do you want all cheese On all six pizzas? Or was that an error? Well for now if I want something from Pizza Hut I will call the order in or go in and order it myself cuz doordash app when you ordering the pizza just does not seem to be right. And even I believe we order on Pizza Hut website and still came out the same way so I don’t know maybe it’s just me but I’m tired of just getting all cheese pizza when I order a variety.

So many problems. The delivery tracking kept jumping around and finally said dropped off several minutes before the driver even arrived. He didn’t have the wings and said he’d go back to pick them up. I called to ask that new ones be made since it’s been 40 minutes since I ordered them originally and the person couldn’t be bothered to look up my order and went in a circle of me telling her what I ordered and her asking again what I ordered. There is a reason Pizza Hut isn’t as popular as they once were. Save your money and go literally anywhere else!

Said 20 minutes ti pick up. Waited 25 minutes then went in. Said at least another hour hadn’t Evan started. Canceled order. Then had to start over for dinner plans. Haven’t checked for my refund. Either way probably won’t be back.

Scott at the south 7 location is great! I didn’t realize my free cheese sticks didn’t go through when I went to pick up my order. I didn’t have service to make another order and had to step outside to place it. He could tell I was flustered after a bad day and came outside to make sure I was able to get the site to pull up and got my cheese sticks cooking right away. Really appreciate the kindness.

They are always going above and beyond at this location! Very friendly staff and always give my little one stickers when we come. They have a book library for the kids outside as well. Highly recommend them.
