Ordered pizza, wings, cinnamon sticks, and chocolate cookie. Order received except forgot cinnamon sticks. Store clerk said would send driver back with them. 45 minutes later still no cinnamon sticks. Call the store get an apology and offers to give a credit. 3 times in a row with forgotten items or wrong items sent. They were amazing up until about 6 or 8 weeks ago!!!

Hot mess express nobody knows what order goes where. Desk person was giving other people pizza that was in warmer. Carry out. Been waiting over an hour..ridiculous! Our large stuffed crust was hard, bottom crust was so thin you could see through, hard toppings-couldn’t even chew, and the wings were barely warm from just sitting there. Just don’t eat here.

Awesome service! Our hostess, Jackie, knew what customer service meant. She made our experience great.
Our salads were fresh, the salad bar was clean. Our drinks never got below half full before she was bringing another. The pizza was hot and cooked perfectly. They did not skimp on toppings, and you could tell they took the time to distribute them evenly.
The entire team was very nice. Very positive experience all around. We will definitely be back.

HEADS UP to anyone about to buy The tavern pizza. Apparently, it is cut into a bunch of small, out of proportion sizes.
The image on the website is misleading and does NOT display the cut properly. I was not expecting this style of cut. There was no information on the site to inform me that this is the cut for the tavern pizza. Some of the pieces were so small that they barely had any cheese at all and were mostly crust.
I felt extremely dissatisfied and put off by this whole experience.

Doesn’t know how to answer the phone in order to help customers. On hold for nearly 20 minutes waiting on the store to pick up. Don’t even bother to call back either. Nowhere near customer friendly.

I came in at the beginning of the lunch rush. They seemed to be short staffed and the buffet was pretty bare, but they called in more help and resolved the situation in good time. All the hot food was fresh and the salad bar was well stocked. My server was doing a good job despite how busy the place was. I would probably come again if I’m in the area.

Usually I’m not one for Pizza Hut, I always preferred dominos, and I’ve had dominos in pretty much every state out there and here in Kennett it’s the worst! But Pizza Hut has my business, they’re delivery time! Quality of food, ordered delivery the day it opened and the delivery man kept apologizing that it took too long to deliver, but my food was still hot and still took half the time dominos would take to deliver! Keep it up Pizza Hut!!

The last several times I have ordered from pizza hut the food has been horrible!!! Most recently the pizza was under cooked and still doughy , before that it took an hour and 45 minutes to get it delivered and was cold. The time before that I tried the wings I ordered 24 there was 18 in the bowl and the time before that they lost my order completely . I MISS DOMINOES!!!
