Glad to have one close to home! Portions are decent, food is generally very fresh and service is good. The 2 for $5 chicken wraps can’t be beat as far as a quick small meal goes. I just wish they opened earlier!

Stopped for late lunch while traveling on Oct 14. Sad. I asked the lady at at counter if she liked the salmon and shrimp. She said in a flat tone… “I don’t eat the stuff. If you worked in it you wouldn’t eat it” She didn’t greet us when we came in. She didn’t say anything to us when we left….overall she had flat affect and was void of personality. Grilled and fried shrimp were good.Fried fish was good. Green beans were good. Broiled salmon just ok ( I wouldnt order salmon again). If you have enough of an applicant pool you should screen for pleasant personality and helpful attitude and not hire any more like the one we encountered today.

Food was good. The last thing we ordered was a sandwich. Got home and there was no sandwich. I called to ask and the lady that answered was extremely rude and said we never ordered one….which is fine if they didn’t hear us but the rudeness was uncalled for. When I said “are you sure”? “cause the price seemed high” (I threw away my receipt without looking..i know my fault) she just kept screaming “with tax with tax” I just said I was just making sure and hung up. I wasn’t rude the whole time I expect people to be at least decent.

To owner, save your half written apology you sent to everyone else on this page, I will not be returning and buying food from y’all again, customer service is everything when you want to make a business thrive and succeed, but due to the nasty rude employees you have running the business it will succumb just like the rest of the long john silvers.
Terrible place to eat that explains why their drive thru is always empty and the same 5 people are there everyday, ordered in the restaurant I asked for it to go so if there was any left I could take it home put it in the fridge, that was a issue for courtney Gregg the cashier who took my order so when she handed me my food prepared for dine in I told her it was to go and she made a big fuss and said if I get it to go I’m not allowed to sit at the dining table and eat and then leave, so I said alright I’ll eat in here, I grabbed my food went to a table and went back up to get malt vinegar, she hands me 2 packs so I asked for some more she handed me 2 more packs and I was like can I get more than that hush puppies are dry and I like to drown them in malt vinegar, she proceeds to tell me no and that she wasn’t supposed to hand out anymore than 2 per customer, malt vinegar is inexpensive Courtney I can get a bottle at Walmart for $3. I knew it was gonna be a issue when she handed me a warm drink with no ice and then said there was no ice so I asked for a refund on the drink; what kind of person drinks warm root beer ? A crazy person that’s who. I don’t understand why these fast food places are hiring people who don’t want to work fast food, like ma’am if you don’t like your job get into a different field of work there’s plenty of other fields. Anyways I will not be returning to this location and buying food again, hush puppies were hard as a rock, green beans were mush, chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. Terrible staff and service, overall if they had better staff and service that’s not to busy talking to co workers about personal life for about 10 minutes before they take your order it would probably be popping and people would actually eat here. But no it’s not worth the money for terrible service and rude staff. Especially when the cheapest on the menu is no less than $12. This long John silvers will be closed in no time if yall keep operating the way yall are. I work hard for my money physically breaking my back while these lazy rude employees just sit around, supposed to be fast food not if we have it you get it. When I order something I expect it to be held to food grade standards. Restaurant standards for service.

Fish was cooked long before we got there. It was hard and difficult to eat. Glad we were on our way thru and don’t live there cause we LOVE LJS but NOT this one.

I picked up my order and the lady at the drive thru dropped my food bag and then said Jesus Christ it slipped of my damn finger. Really Very upset by her response. Never apologized, then I call to find out it was the Manager. I am very deep in my faith and She offended me. Very dissatisfied.

Unfriendly and rude girl at the drive thru …came in and waited until there was a break in the drive thru and mobile orders to order… fountain drinks didn’t taste anything like they should… couldn’t get any condiments due to the condiment bar being in a foul state…girl brought the order to the table and was missing half of it. Had to ask for vinegar and got it in packets… not only should the manager walk the plank but the owners should as well…. I can’t wait to get the same canned response from LJS…Oh we’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at LJS… gimme a break
