Only good thing was the lady who delivered the food honestly. I ordered 3 different flavors of boneless chicken and not one of them had my chicken covered with sauce (had to go in my kitchen and use my own sauce). Ordered a large pizza and the bottoms were so tuff it took forever to chew. The “track your order” doesn’t work either.

Had hair in my good went to speak to manager and saw kid with shaft hair turned around walked out and called ask for manager spoke to another worker and said it’s ok for hair to be hanging in face as long as has a hat. Refused to hear anything else.

I don’t normal leave a bad review but I am furious at service & treatment we received from your restaurant on more than one occasion. Every time we have ordered recently it has been a horrible experience. It always takes over an hour to get our food. If by chance they do get our order correct, which is not often, it is cold. The person who identified herself as Cindy, said she was the manager. Cindy was very unconcerned that they are giving poor service & sub quality food. Our usual order is around $50 & I always include at least a $5 tip for the delivery driver. We normally order about once a week, but in the future we will be giving our money to Pizza Inn or Domino’s. I don’t know how they think they will stay in business if they treat all their customers this way, because they have received the last dime of my money that they will ever get.

We ordered a pizza at 5 pm tonight and they told me on the phone that it would be 45 to 50 minutes. It still hadn’t arrived by 6:25 so i called back. They told me then that it was a 180 minute wait and then asked what my order was, I told him what my order was and he told me that as soon as the driver returned they would send out my order. It is 9:30 now and my order never came!!! And now they are closed!!! THANKS PIZZA HUT!!!

Fast, Friendly in-store service. All employees are like family! We’ve never had an issue with the time our food was brought to us, I’ve seen this is something a lot of people complain about. I love the smell of this place. Every time I walk in, the smell of fresh, hot pizza just takes me away! Also should mention, their pizza sauce is VEGAN!! YAY!

The cheesy bread was burnt and the pizza was just thrown in the box. Slices on top of each other and it was warm at best, not hot! I have never had issues until today. Last time I will order from them!!!

i ordered their new melts. they were perfect and delicious. ordered a large pizza it was good as well. all the food was made to the exact order and served fresh and hot at the correct time and with complete friendly service from the staff.

Since it’s new Bldg in Sikeston Mo, I have yet to get a good pizza. At 1st I thought it might be experience, but now after 4 bad pizzas, I have to go to Domino’s or Pizza Inn. Not enough toppings and NO cheese on it. Who does that? Enough already

How is it that the Sikeston store has a seating area but never have it open? When asked, the manager stated that they had no heat in it. There are no walls separating the cooking area and the dining room. No sign on the door and during the same conversation with the manager they stated they also had it closed due to no salad bar. The service and quality of food is so poor it is pitiful. At the current rate the Sikeston location is going they will be closed soon. It is worth the drive to go to cape for pizza hut because of superior service and food quality.
