Pizza is always good, it’s the service that is not. (On more than one occasion). Last night, my husband and I went in to order a pizza and on the big white board was listed all the specials. It said, the Big New Yorker XL $14.99. Double pepperoni or up to 3 toppings of your choice. We ordered 3 toppings and they charged us 1l$19.99. When my husband asked him why it came up to $21 something with tax, he informed us that it costs more if you get different toppings. The sign is very misleading.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The store is often dirty, the pizza is often under cooked or incorrect, and the staff frequently seem bothered by your mere presence. My most recent experience, I ordered online through mobile app. Wife was told that we didn’t order from the location when she arrived and was sent away. I sent her a screen capture of the app with the exact address and forwarded her the receipt from my gmail. She returned to the store and after some investigation they found they had given our order to another person. The offered to remake the order which resulted in an additional 20 minutes on top of the half hour that was wasted trying to argue that we had order there to begin with And to top the experience off they put the wrong ingredients on 2 of the pizzas. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Better pizza places are less than 15 minutes north in Cape Girardeau.

Picked up our order got home and did not have everything. No biggie I’ll just call and they’ll make it right. Unfortunately that did not happen was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Courtney the manager was absolutely horrible to talk to and was very rude. Won’t be back
