Since our local Pizza Hut closed I’ve craved a Pizza Hut MeT Lover’s Pizza. While traveling I70 we stopped in Warrenton Mo to enjoy one. Yes it was good but not great! The store was in a Halloween decoration contest & they had it looking soooky!

First time I ordered the big new Yorker it was great. Other times after that, it was either burned up, instructions not met, or the entire pizza was slid over into the corner of the box (which that has happened last 2 of 3 times ordered). The lady who delivered it said it looked good but I have video evidence of that person shifting the box back and forth while walking up my driveway to my door.

Worst experience with my local pizza hut. Delivery took forever and when the food finally delivered it was so cold we had to reheat it before eating. Pizza hut has continued yo go downhill and probably the last time. Too many other options to accept this kind of service when prices are so high.

Try to check on your customers regularly and ask if they need any drink refills, extra utensils or condiments and make them aware of the status of their orders. Let them know you’re doing your best to make this an exceptional dining experience for them. Our waitress did ALL of those mentioned above and She did them very cheerfully and caring. She made our dinning experience delightful and fun. She was a real pleasure from the moment we stepped though the door. I promise you we will be back, reason being, because of our exceptional waitress. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was obviously made from the best natural ingredients. The best, fresh, sliced mushrooms too ( No RUBBERY CANNED mushrooms ). It was 08/14/2022 around 7:30 pm was when we visited.
