Ordered a pizza at 6:59pm I called them at 8:45 to ask where the pizza was they said they gave the order to DoorDash and they must have left it at the front desk of the hospital. I told them it was cold and around a lot of people who could do anything to it. I asked them could they re deliver it they said they don’t know when it would make it to me. So me with my Fiancee in the labor and delivery ward and a new born in the NICU i told them man I’ll come get it. (My fiancee was starving and needing to eat so she could nurse)
So i tried to fix the situation my self. They were happy to make a new one. Now here’s where the one star comes from….when i ask about a refund for the $6 tip i pre paid and the $5 delivery charge the manager who took my order said it wasn’t his fault and he wouldn’t refund it because the pizza was delivered lol he said it was door dashes fault BUT i called and ordered directly through Pizza Hut. So after arguing and going back and fourth i asked for a full refund. He takes my receipt and walks to the back and says it will take “7-10 days” but won’t give me a refund receipt and says they don’t give them. So we argue back and forth and tells me to leave.The manager called the cops so i waited around for the incident report so i could have some type of proof i left with nothing. I even took the cold pizza back to them. After the cops do what they need todo they said the manager was giving me the pizza but at that point i don’t want that idk what he’s done to it. Horrible customer service if you’re at the hospital don’t use them AT all! I went down the street to dominos and got back to the hospital to mad to even eat! Mom ate and is happy and our baby is getting transferred to a different hospital. Cannot believe someone wants to employ this type of person!

We placed an order and when it was delivered it was wrong. We were missing boneless wings, sauces, and a topping that was requested be put on the side of the pizza was put on it instead. The delivery driver dropped it off on the GROUND without even knocking on our door. Thank god I have a ring camera or I would have had no idea it was put on the disgusting ground, when I went out the delivery driver was just driving away so it wasn’t there long and our food arrived COLD. When trying to call the store to get an explanation and for it to be fixed we were always transferred to the call center (we spent five phone calls trying to get someone), which was also unhelpful since they all said we had to contact the store because we ordered online. How am I supposed to contact the store if they dont answer the phone and what’s the point of having a call center if they can’t help? 0/10 recommend this location and hopefully this review makes them think about doing business better.

I only used this location due to going home from the hospital. Pizza was not ready when I arrived 15min after the time it was suppose to be ready. There was much laughter and fun going on in the kitchen, probably why they were late and wrong. I did not check them, I should have because they were wrong. Disappointing all the way around.
I did not call them at the time, , this location is not near my home & it seemed more work then it was worth, though I was pretty mad.
I now have $30 of leftover pizza in my fridge that no one wants to eat.

Won’t be going back. Snarky kid sitting at the register as soon as I got there. Sent my husband in to get the order, Asked for my order and he told him it was all in one box. Was surprised and said “really?! Cool!” He came out to the car I said “is that it?” I opened the box and sure enough it wasn’t all there, sent hubby back in and he told him that some was missing and the kid said “Suuuure” in a real snotty attitude. Hubby handed him the receipt and he said “huh, you’re right!” Said it would be about 10 more minutes and my husband said “great, cold pizza” the kid didn’t even bat an eye. They didn’t even put cheese on the whole pizza & barely any sauce.

Ordered Pizza online, picked upon time. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude to a Door Dash driver in front of me, and proceeded to be rude to me. Do his bosses tell him to NOT thank the customer? Got home to enjoy the pizza. The crust was so soggy I had to use a fork. So much grease covered the flavor of all other ingredients. Ate 2 pieces. I usually eat half a pizza, then the stomach cramps hit. I haven’t had diarrhea in years until tonight. Thanks, Pizza Hut for giving me diarrhea! Go anywhere else but this place

I don’t know where you got my last review, but it was not correct! I ordered a large meat lovers pizza and a order of bread sticks. The pizza was doughy in the middle and the bread sticks were also doughy. I don’t think the bread sticks were even cooked. I was very disappointed with my order!! I picked up the order at the time they said it would be ready, but my order was not ready. I had to wait 20 minutes.

The pizza was delicious. Little more sauce would have been perfect. The new chocolate donuts are sooo good! little fried chocolate filled donuts covered in sugar!!!

I’ve Been to most of the Pizza Huts in the City and they never make it properly. The staff at the Tesson Ferry location is the only location I’ll order my pizzas from. I live deep in S. City STL & I’ll happily drive to pick it up!
It’s always done with the extra cheese and pepperoni as I request. It’s always done PERFECTLY!!!
I’m such a picky Pizza gal because it’s not only my favorite meal it’s mostly a cheat-meal as I’m a figure competitor and my splurge meals are rare in In-Season competitions.
To the staff at this location and the staff that hooked me up on Friday 1/14/2022, HELL YEAH! Keep doing that and serving STL always with a smile!!! Short staffed but AMAZING folks there!
