These are the pizzas we were served. The small pan pizza my daughter earned at school for completing some reading goals, notice the crust is missing. I brought this up to our server he didn’t seem to care. The other pizza is a meat lovers however they forgot the hamburger and Pepperoni. The only reason they got more than one star is because the soda tasted like it was supposed to and the salad bar was well stocked other than that avoid this place like the plague. But don’t worry they offered me $10 off of my $32 bill even though both of the pizzas were messed up.

So I received this pizza and there’s not even any toppings on this piece, very sloppily put together. My boyfriend’s side was fine so he started eating. I called them and told them that there’s toppings missing from a part of the pie! And they said they needed this pizza back. That’s the first I’ve ever heard of that. So annoying, almost every time we’ve tried to order pizza from here, they’re out of pan crust and now this.

Ordered from my app for our pizza to be delivered because I didnt want to leave the hotel room. I left a tip when placing my order from the app. I had decided because it was raining and nasty outside that when the pizza was delivered I would hand them an extra tip because it was so nasty outside. A little while after my app said it was out for delivery I recieve a call telling me to meet him in the lobby… Well.. there went his extra tip. The pizza was good! Loaded with toppings and a good amount of cheese. The chicken wings were over cooked and dry. They didnt send much maranaria sauce at all.

Went in late at night after searching several sports bars / pizza places in the area for the Thursday night football game (I’m finding that St. Louis is not a football town). Whitney, the evening manager, put the game on the tv and provided exceptional service during my visit. Pizza was fresh, hot, and the hand-tossed crust was perfect. Service was excellent and Whitney made sure my visit was perfect. Only downside is the facility itself. Needs a refresh and the bathrooms were as bad as a dingy truckstop. Ownership needs to invest in fixing the place up.

Once they have your money, you are no longer of use to them so don’t bother calling to tell them you didn’t get all of your order. And don’t bother telling them the delivery driver took your food out of a plastic bag and got out in the pouring rain with cardboard boxes and rain ran into your boxes and soaked your food. Don’t bother caring that your food rode to your house on the driver’s wife’s lap because the whole family occupied the whole car. They got their money, the delivery fee, and the driver tip was prepaid so no needing calling and sitting on hold and they never come back to you. Just eat your cold,wet food and like it because this is what you get for putting faith in the food and delivery system.

The wings that we ordered were pretty good, however, all of the food was warm, not hot. The crust on my pizza was supposed to be garlic butter and it was not. The online tracking was completely off from when I received my order. It said my order was being delivered, however, it was 40 min after that notification that we received our food. I called to speak with someone in the store to let them know and the person on the phone was not friendly to begin with but did apologize for the unsatisfactory meal.

I would never order from here again. I might not order PizzaHut again. It was that bad. I placed an online order, when the food came it was the wrong order. I waited 2 hrs for replacement food to arrive, never did. I had to take the wrong order back to get what I ordered. The lady was nice but the food was terrible I just threw it all in the trash I’LL NEVER BUT PIZZAHUT AGAIN
