I’m reaching out because the level of service at this location requires immediate attention. I was quoted a 15-minute wait for a simple two-topping pizza. Instead, I waited over an hour along with a lobby full of frustrated customers who had clearly been given the same unrealistic wait times.
When I finally asked about my order, the employee checked the oven and discovered my pizza sitting in the warmer — fully cooked, and simply forgotten. Throughout the entire interaction, the worker appeared disengaged and mentally unfocused, which only added to the frustration inside the store.
I want to be clear: I am not attacking the employee. I recognize that some individuals may have personal or cognitive challenges. But the issue here is a lack of proper supervision, training, and support. The staff is over-promising, under-delivering, and operating without the management structure needed to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and basic customer satisfaction.
This experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Pizza Hut brand. I’m asking that this location receive immediate oversight and corrective action so customers are not repeatedly misled or forced to wait excessive times for simple orders.

They need to close the Pizza Hut on halls ferry down. I ordered two pizzas and paid extra for cheese garlic bread. One of my pizzas was completely wrong, I ordered a buffalo chicken and received a bbq chicken pizza, I guess paying attention is to hard for people and the pizza must have stuck to the pan and they just ripped it out the pan because half the pizza was missing the bottom of the pizza, the cheese garlic bread that I paid extra for the cheese had no cheese on it. I will definitely never be back, it is so not hard to do your job

The toppings were sufficient in quantity and excellent in quality! However, I ordered and paid an up-charge for pan style crust and received original. They also still haven’t figured out how to appropriately cut a pizza since my last order five months ago. I am going to a different pizza place from here on out!

I ordered three pizzas and all were AMAZING. I didn’t get the bacon that i ordered on mine but it was still a very good pizza. They insisted on making me another. I thought that was awesome. That was the best Pizza Hut pizza that i had had in about 15 years even without the bacon. I will be returning.

The only reason that I went to the New Hallsferry location is because my Wife wanted wings and the Patterson location did not have any. I asked for extra sauce and barely got any. I asked for breaded wings and got naked. I asked for hand tossed and got thin!! WTW!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT OR TO BE CLOSED!! And what’s the deal with these mini Cinnabon, that they said are not so mini but the only thing about them big is the price!!
