Today was free snow day, and I totally understand that these are franchise owned and operated and don’t have to participate. It would be nice if they would put something on the front door saying they are not participating instead of waiting in line to get up to the counter to be told that we’re not participating.

Was excited to try the Polar Berry shaved ice and was not disappointed!! It did take a while to receive my order but it was worth it! They definitely put the right amount of both flavor and gummy bears into my shaved ice.

Very clean inside and their shaved ice was delicious! My husband got the small and I got the baby size but the baby size is plenty if you’re looking to get your sweet fix. Also had a sip of one of their smoothies and it was delicious.

First and last time I come to this location. Ordered 3 Snow Cones, pulled up to the window, paid and even left a tip. I wait for ten minutes at the drive through window just for one of the workers to tell me “do you need something” I answered politely yes my order. Closes the window and a few minutes passed she comes back asking “is it 3 snow cones” I responded politely again yes.
A few minutes passed and again another worker comes “can you pull up to the trash can”
It’s 9:30pm it’s pitch black back there!! Seriously?
I decide to park in the front, mind you I’m still waiting. I waited about 25 more minutes. They finally bring out my order and the worker tells me in a very rude way “next time this happens again you need to park by the trash can” instead of an apology for forgetting my order and all of my patience with them she says that. Seriously?! Never coming here again. Do better!!!

Obsessed with this place but showed up early for a snow cone and no one was there. We waited for a while after the opening time and no one came. Its okay just disappointed:(

The snow cones and service were excellent. Only thing I have to ask is to remove the prompt for a tip on the check out screen. I think that tipping has gotten completely out of hand!
