This is the first review I’ve willingly wrote so that alone says a lot. I love pizza, my family loves pizza. We got pizza from Pizza Hut tonight just 2 large single top, and an order of cheese sticks. But, for the first time in a very long time the pizza crust was outstanding, I’m not speaking on Pizza Hut in particular, I’m speaking on ALL pizza from ALL places. The crust was perfect. Crisp on the outside and fluffy cloud like inside, not over cooked, not undercooked. So whatever they’re doing up there. Kudos to yall!! Seriously!! Thanks for the great food tonight that I did not have to cook haha

One of the cleanest pizza huts I’ve ever been in! We stopped in after hiking in Shawnee National Forest. Order a personal Chicken sausage and a personal Supreme with salad bar and cheesy bread sticks. It was delicious. Service was great and the place was all decorated (doesnt show in my pics but it was) for Christmas with a Christmas tree , etc. If in the area soon again I will definitely stop in.

This is twice in two weeks they sold me a bad pizza. There won’t be a third time. I bought a burnt pizza last week and a undercooked doughy pizza just now. If they cant make a pizza they they should change their name. I’m deleting the app. It’s a sad world when a gas station makes better pizza than a place I’ve went to since I was a kid.

The service was horrible, a family order of cheesebread sticks took over 45 min. Servers where cutting up and jacking around. Sweet tea tasted like cleaning supply. Had to go ask for silverware so we could eat our salad. This will be the last time we’ll visit this one. No plates for our breads tick either

I had an amazing experience with Pizza Hut today. You can definitely feel a different and better vibe being brought to Pizza Hut by the new, amazing general manger Brittany. She is so nice and I look forward to talking to her every time I dine in.

Had a great lunch buffet yesterday. The dessert was delicious. The salad bar was fresh. And there were a lot of pizzas to choose from. And top it off with good service.

You apply, you show up on time, you have your time waisted because “they cant find you” without them ever checking the back area, then they still dont hire you even when you agree to just come back a couple hours later because they already made you late for an appointment. Their loss not mine

Yes hiiiiiiii pizza hut has sucked a little less latley they are hiring more and new people in and I even see they have been doing panting and cleaning. Today 8/19/2025 they had the ppp deal for 2.16 so we got that and when we went in to pick up they even had almost a full dining area for buffet. So again they can’t suck to bad any more def try to keep open minds they can try to change.

My husband and I walked in and waited to be seated as per the sign. From across the dining room, the waitress asked if we were dining in and I said yes. She looked around the dining room that was literally empty except for one table and told us to sit at a booth. She brought menus then come back and took our order. She left and came back seconds later with not our drinks but our bill! I have never had that happen before. I mean giving the customer the bill when the food is delivered is bad enough! We got our drinks, then our breadsticks and then our pizza. I had to ask for plates to eat off of. We never seen our waitress after that! However, we seen the manager along with several other employees standing/sitting with the customers that were there when we walked in. The manager was talking about her having surgery and being off work for three weeks to how she had to get rid of a manager before she could hire her family. We got done eating, if you want to call it that as the pizza was not fit to eat! I ate one piece and husband ate two out of a large pizza. It was obvious that we were done as our plates had our napkins in them and my debit card sitting on the black bill holder. There was another family that came in before we got our food and I asked one of the two boys, who I assume was either kitchen help or delivery drivers, that had brought their food out for a box (as we were not leaving the pizza for employees to eat) and where I would pay our bill. He got us a box and one of the waitresses that had been visiting with the first table came over and asked what I needed and I said I needed to pay our bill. She took my card and then brought it back and handed me two slips of paper with one of them asking for a signature. I asked her for a pen to sign with and she rudely said that I don’t need to sign it. Through this whole experience, the manager sat there! Let me just say, the pizza got thrown out as soon as we got home. We will never eat there again. I would literally give ALL zeros if I could!
