I went there today and didn’t know they were open year round because the previous owner had just been having it open in the warm weather. I met Missy great person, terrific person great meal reasonably priced. Then some very unique ice cream treats on the menu. They have hot soups also. I plan to go back soon it was delicious and dynamite customer service.

I have lived in the area for over four years now, and today is the first time I tried anything from blue boy. I ordered a pizza burger and cheese curds. The pizza burger was pretty gross. The cheese curds were very bland, burnt and had a gritty texture not sure how they cook them. Definitely not worth the $9.82 I spent. I threw most of it away. My stomach is definitely not happy with what I did eat of the burger (hate throwing away money)

I love this store!!!! They have the most amazing soft serve. You literally can’t go wrong with anything its all amazing. Highly reccomend any of the royal freezes.Also they have very tasty hot food. I love there broccoli cheese soup. The staff has always been amazing they are kind and helpful. The drive through is a plus is you dont want to go in. But if you have the chance definetly stop in because their decorations are adorable. I highly reccomend Blue Boy Dairy Treat Store if your in or near the Beaver Dam WI area.

I recently stopped by Blue Boy, and had a nice experience despite the chilly weather. We ordered two ice cream dishes—one was a single scoop of strawberry, and the other was chocolate cookie dough. Both were tasty and hit the spot.
The service was fast and friendly, and the place had a fun, retro vibe. It was clean inside, and while most of the indoor tables weren’t being used, we decided to eat in the car. There are also benches outside for when the weather’s nicer.
We only tried the ice cream this time, but I noticed they had some interesting food options on the menu that looked worth checking out in the future. Prices were a little on the higher side, but overall, it was a good visit and I’d be likely to return.

I’ve been stopping there since Rick and Missy took over the Business, their ice cream is to die for no other soft serve tastes the same. The customer service omg those employees are the nicest people ever especially the way they spoil the little kids. I love to see Missy give them stuffed animals and little trinkets, you see a huge smile on those babies faces and understand what’s it all about!

Staff was friendly and we loved the once cream options. We couldn’t order food because there were orders ahead of us making the wait time over 20 minutes. This wasn’t a staff issue. It sounded like they have 1 grill and fryer so they could only make so many orders at a time. There were some tables inside to sit at.

I love this place! It has a cute old fashioned look to it. I went today for the first time and Missy helped us out. She was so kind and gave amazing customer service. She gave my kids some stuffed animals and happily cleaned up their mess while they were eating their ice cream. The ice cream was amazing and for a good price.
