I never write reviews, but I am still processing the cost of our meal. Food was great, but insanely expensive. They do not have specials, no prices listed anywhere, and I was told they do not honor online pricing. I was blindsided by the price of our order. $86 for two large pizzas, large order of breadsticks, and charged me over $2 for a cup of ice water for my toddler and rang it up as a soft drink. We had to ask for refills and napkins and our pizza was incorrect. Told the waitress and there was no apology. We will not be back.

We were happy to find a Pizza Hut that actually has dine in available. They seem to be rare these days. We were the only ones there at the time of our order. The service was a bit slow, but polite. The menus do not have any prices for anything. The large 2 topping pizza we ordered cost just shy of $30. This place still has potential.

My family and I dined in this evening and they were a little short staffed. However Jennifer made the experience very pleasant going above and beyond. I hadn’t been here in years but would definitely recommend. I hope Jennifer is recognized for her hard work.

The past few times I have gone here, the workers are very slow and unable to keep up with the kitchen, phones, buffet, and dining area. The last time I dined in, we never got refills on our drinks. When our waitress finally asked to get us refills, we were packing up our food and getting ready to leave. This last time, I ordered the Big Dinner Box for takeout. When I got there to pick it up, the girl dropped the wings all over the floor. She said she would remake them, which is fine. It was just a mistake. But then, she said she couldn’t get the fryer working so she said she couldn’t even make new wings. Then she charged me for the whole Big Dinner Box, even though I didn’t even get the wings with it. There’s never a manager or owner around, so I had no idea who to even discuss this issue with. And I didn’t understand why she still charged me for the wings, when I didn’t get them.

The Lunch Buffet Was Not Open & We Were Told They Only Have The Lunch Buffet is Now Only On Wednesday And Friday! But They Did Have The Salad Bar Open And I Was Excited About That So We Ordered A Pizza And I Opted To Get The Salad Bar Even Though It Was Now Priced at $8.99.
Once I Went Up To The Salad Bar, The Lettuce Was Horrible, It Was Slimy And Had A Red Tent To It! So I Ended Up With Green Peppers, Sliced Onions, & Croutons, as Everything Else Was Too Disgusting To Eat! When I Asked The Server About It, I Was Told “It Would Take A Long Time To Fix it”… I Felt Like She Was New, But She Was Great On Everything.. Our Pizza Just Didn’t Taste Right!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining in on Sunday, May 19, 2024. The pizza was delicious, and the service was excellent, very attentive! If you haven’t been to this Pizza Hut, I suggest you run, don’t walk!

Our waitress was very pleasant fast and got every order absolutely correct. We confuse her a little bit. Our fault totally I hope our tip he left covers for us confusing her lol and folks if you see that the restaurant is plum full, and there is only one waitress and you do not give a tip shame on you.
