I absolutely love sushi and have tried many but this place shines! The fish is so fresh its actually buttery, not cold and hard and they are not stingy with it either.
I happen to be lucky enough that its right in my neighborhood but it is worth a drive. My favorite is the Cherry Blossom roll or sashimi but their Tuna Tower is the best in the Colorado Springs area. Its absolutely stunning as well, so take a picture before you devour it.
Their non-sushi items are also delicious.

My family and I come here maybe like once every couple months or so, but Joel, who’s one of the servers, always knows how I like this one particular sushi roll that I always order (Shogun Roll). For as little as we come in, it’s nice to be remembered in a good way, I hope haha. We are always treated kindly and we never have any complaints about our food. I will always reccomend this place to everyone that asks. 10/10 everytime!

We always enjoy our trips to Ban Sushi – the atmosphere is welcoming and the food is delicious. Whether or not you like raw fish, the menu offers variety to cover a range of tastes. The sashimi is exceptionally fresh and flavorful, so if you DO like sushi, this is the place to go!

Finally a sushi place in Falcon!! Not only is it close by to where I live, in my opinion it’s the best sushi in Colorado. The fish is very fresh. I will definitely be coming back many many more times in the future. I haven’t had the chance to dine in. With covid they have restricted to just carry out and delivery. However every time that I go to pick up my meal they are very nice. I have read reviews for here that say there is a long wait time, I have never experienced this. I always get my food fast and delicious!

The food was fresh, tasty and well-prepared. The menu included a lot of variety. The service was very prompt and polite. I would have given Ban Sushi an overall 5 star rating except for the decor which was very plain.

Stopped in for lunch, on a random Thursday. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was light with good lighting. I was offered any seat I liked and chose a nice window side table. Having lived in Japan I was excited to see Yakisoba on the menu. As a pairing I ordered Gyoza to go with it. I was a little put off as neither dish was quite what I expected. The Gyoza were fried on all sides rather than pan fried and steamed. The Yakisoba was also very wet rather than the thicker stir fried variety I am accustomed to. Neither dish was unpleasant but a bit too distant from my expectation to be wholly satisfying. Perhaps that’s on me as it’s not Ban Yakisoba, but Ban Sushi.

Another 5 star gem! The staff was so friendly and seem really proud of where they work and the food they serve. It was the best sashimi I’ve ever had. We are regulars here! No other sushi place in colorado springs or denver even comes close!

I would highly recommend this cute little restaurant in Falcon. They have awesome sushi, as well as wonderful teriyaki, and well, basically anything that we’ve eaten, there has been great! All of their employees are amazing!

Their food is always delicious. We’ve had take out and dine in multiple times with no issues. Make sure to order ahead if you want to do take out, because it takes a while for them to prepare orders.
