I’m in complete disbelief. I’ve never even had a problem with this Pizza Hut but tonight proved me wrong everything else was great. But what even is this? I now have to use some bbq in my fridge because I can’t even get a piece of chicken coated in the 2 drops of sauce I have. So so so disappointing.

I had a ten dollar credit from the last mistake so I only paid 3 dollars tonight. I got bread sticks asked for extra cheese basically no cheese as you can see. I paid for bacon on my pepperoni personal pan I got 3 pieces on one slice. Ii should’ve just saved my 3 dollars obviously management and owners don’t care. I had a credit and won’t call to get another I recommend go somewhere else don’t waste your money or time

Worst experience. Went to pick up pizza and cashier acted like she did not want to be there. Flat and not friendly at all. Got home. Wrong pizza. Called the store. Manager rude and denied that it was the wrong pizza. She said I wasn’t charged. I ordered a pan pizza. If they didn’t know they messed up, why wasn’t I charged. The manager even put me on hold in the middle of conversation. No I’m sorry I have to.place you on hold. I called back and the next manager was even ruder. I want the owner to call me back about this experience.

If I could zero stars to this worthless place I would ! I call in an order at 5:58 then called again at 6:30 or 6:45 then again at 7:15…. They game my first order to a door dasher. Then said they don’t have any real delivery people and that her regular delivery person would be out in 15 mins.. that was the second call. 3rd call a bobbling bubble head 17 year old answered the phone and I asked for a manager for the 2nd time!!!! And she said oh she’s busy what can I help you with I said I need to talk to her. She then said what did you need to talk to her about I said my order… this 17 year old then proceeded to say OH I CAN HELP YOU PLACE AN ORDER! That’s not what I said and I know for sure I wasn’t that slow dumb and stupid at 17! And I used to work pizza chains and other fast food places and I never left a customer disappointed in my service! And Alyssa that was the “manager” on duty when I called the last time claimed I never talked to a manager at all… so yall give out orders to door dashers to collect cash….. and on top of it all you have to go through a call center to get to the actual store… do better or sell out!!! Now it’s 7:46pm and the delivery driver just called my phone saying she’s outside with my order and that she’s at the back of the hotel when my husband and I are at the front! we told her we canceled and she said her “manager” said we can have it for free!!! Why would I take free food from rude people I don’t want to take a chance of my husband and I eating tainted food because of their mistake. No ma’am I’ll pass especially when Alyssa kept over talking me and trying to belittle me. I was nice and calm and considerate….. good help is hard to find!!!

Wife and I ordered a pizza 1-29-25 at about 4;10. Lady that took order and delivery driver was polite and on time. Pizza was about the worst we have ever had except for dominoes, they really suck ! What has happened to the pizza business, greasy, no flavor, and not fit to eat. We threw it out, another lesson learn. Will not do that again. I remember when pizza hut served delicious pizza. So sad !

I wish I could give them a 0…I placed a online order January 5th @ approx 6:15pm… My approx delivery time was 6:45pm. I called @ approx 7:10pm to check the status of my order. The female employee tells me my order was cancelled because they didn’t have any drivers. I asked her why no one called me or why wasn’t I sent a email to let me know that they cancelled my order. She laughed & told me their lobby was packed with customers & she didn’t have time to inform me that they cancelled my order. Very unprofessional. I will probably not be using this pizza hut again…. And it was my first time using this location
