I ordered two pizzas yesterday and one was made incorrectly and the other was simply not made with care. I’m an assistant manager of a food chain and I was really let down by the lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, I was starving and didn’t want to return to the store and wait for something that should’ve been made correctly in the first place.

The pizza and bread sticks are very consistent from this location. The drive thru is pretty tight if you have a larger vehicle. Consider going in to do your pickup depending on what you drive.

This store has the worst customer service! This is the bag they handed me with my order in the drive-thru. I spoke with the manager on duty and he was awful too! I asked for info on how to contact the owner and he told me to look it up online and walked away. I will never go back.

Ordered a pizza and they forgot the sauce, double checked the receipt to make sure I didn’t make an error ordering. The receipt showed what I intended to order. So I filled out the survey they email you and put it on there. Then someone reached out and credited my account which I thought was awesome customer service from management. So a few weeks later I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and when I picked it up, it was not stuffed crust and they once again forgot the sauce. The workers are nice enough, but just can’t seem to get any orders correct.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery. 2 hours later, received an update that our order was cancelled. Finally got connected to the store and they were waiting for another delivery driver. We cancelled the order. 15 minutes later the pizza shows up??? So sad that you can’t even place an easy delivery order. Will not be ordering from this store again.

Going with three stars. Almost all of our experiences have been positive. It is our favorite pizza, and picking up and delivery have been easy. The reason for the lower rating was from one previous visit. We did not receive an order of 8 wings or any of the 4 sauces we paid for. I filled out a complaint online, and they told me the store manager would reach out to me. The next week, the store manager emailed, saying that he apologizes for our order taking longer than expected (clearly responding to the wrong complaint). When I emailed him back saying that was not the problem and we wanted a refund for our missing food, we never received a response back.

I got the NEW One with pesto and fancy crust. The crust was soggy. Like, droopy and stuck to the box. It was not done yet. Pretty expensive for what ya get.

They were slammed and it took 45 mins to pick up a dasher order. Poor cashier was ready to pull his hair out. I half wanted to offer to work with them for the evening to get things squared away.
