Service was excellent, pizza came out quick, hot, and delicious. Staff was all friendly and the person in charge, Shawn did me a solid by putting my pizza in front of a 30 pizza order so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. One of the best take out experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely will be using them again.

My delivery instructions weren’t followed & maybe the picture won’t show it very well but my pizza was pretty messed up, kinda like the pizza box was carried on its side (like a book) instead of flat (like taking care of something).

I placed a delivery order today totaling $54.26 and expected the driver to be able to make change, especially since they only needed two $20s and could keep the rest. Instead, I received multiple calls from an unprofessional number, only to be told they couldn’t deliver because they “only had $20.” How does a delivery driver not have change at dinner time? The lack of care or effort to resolve this was unacceptable.

Paid a delivery charge plus tip to get my pizza almost 20 minutes late. Cold and gross. Apparently they use Doordash to deliver. I purchased directly through the store’s website; not Doordash, as I know they take a cut. Totally unacceptable to pay a delivery fee for cold pizza. Awful service

We placed our regular order, and received an incorrect pizza. I placed a complaint online.. within 30 mins I received a phone call from a woman local representating papa John’s.. within an hour I received a new perfect, delicious pizza!!

Let me start by saying I’ve been ordering from this place for over a year now. When I first started ordering, there were minor issues that I got over like the hour and a half wait time because my food was still hot. But after a couple months, the quality of the food went down to the point where I won’t order from this place ever again. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and as someone who worked in a pizza place making fresh pizza for 6 years, I could tell they took a small dough and stretched it out to a medium just LOOKING at the crust. Oh and as for the crust, it was rock hard and thin, BARELY any sauce and toppings so it tasted like straight up salty cardboard. I gave them another chance and AGAIN the quality was absolute garbage. As time goes on the food just keeps getting worse and worse. The night I decided I was over it was when I didn’t get my food the night before, called the store, the manager had an attitude and said he couldn’t bring me the food because it was too late and the driver couldn’t find me. That was the FIRST time a driver couldn’t find my place. So I told the manager it was fine and to cancel it and I’d order the next day. I order the next day and regret it as soon as I get my food because it was the disgusting quality I listed above. I was over it. Rude staff, gross food, and you have to wait at least an hour for it 99% of the time. Not worth it. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered online for my team for lunch today and picked it up at the store. The pizza was perfect, the breadsticks were amazing, and their spicy garlic dipping sauce was phenomenal! The lady at the front (I wish I would have gotten her name), was so friendly! I could tell she really focuses on her customer service and to create a great experience for her customers. I don’t ever take the time to write reviews, but I felt driven to because of how awesome she was and because our lunch was so fresh, hot and great! Thank you again! 🙂

Build your own pizza is expensive for terrible service in following the given directions. Paid almost $40 total for a pizza that did not include the “extra” of a topping I ordered and did not evenly split toppings in half on the pizza as instructed. It only takes a minor attention to detail to get it right, so there is no excuse to deliver something subpar – especially for the price.
