I have been here 3 times. The first time I was charged for the Extra-Cheese we ordered on the Pizza,There was a minimal amount of cheese. The second time I was charged for Xtra cheese,I checked the pizza before I left,no Xtra- cheese. The GM was there and said they “forgot” the Xtra-Cheese. This time I walked in and ordered and reminded the GM I want Extra-Cheese,I was charged again. I got home and no extra-Cheese again. Complete Nonsense.

Simple to go order. Two large one topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks. We get home and find that the chicken and spicy marinara pizza is a nasty buffalo sauce pizza with chicken so we take that back and get it replaced.
We should have checked the rest of the pizzas in the stack because the pepperoni pizza is completely missing. It’s a literal empty box. How in the world do you give a customer an empty pizza box and don’t double check if it’s actually in the box?? So now here we are driving BACK to Pizza Hut again to make sure we get what we ordered.
Absolutely ridiculous situation from a location that was easily a 5/5 for us all the other times we’ve visited. Won’t be back to this one anytime soon that’s for sure. What was supposed to be something quick for dinner after a long and stressful day has turned into this stupidity. Do better.

Well first I got the wrong wing order. I ordered traditional wings and got someone’s garlic chicken nuggets. Second my pizza tastes like it’s old, cold and sad. Third which probably should’ve been first, they didn’t slice the fricken pizza?? Lastly my replacement wings never showed up. Save your time and money buy frozen pizza.

Our order was wrong! I am allergic to buffalo sauce and ordered honey BBQ wings but got buffalo! The buffalo sauce was dumped all over the inside of the deal boxes and spilled all over the interior of our car! This is the second Sunday in a row sauce was slipped all over the inside of the hut boxes and order was wrong!!!! This used to be our favorite place and we order every Sunday! I will NEVER order from this location or Pizza Hut again!!!

This place used to be good we’d go every week but has went seriously downhill. The store manager is absolutely amazing but I’ve realized she leaves around 3-5 anything after that this place should be avoided. Did not eat wings.
