So I ordered and they messed my pizza up my breadsticks were burnt . Brought my food back in n gave it them . Was told I’d be given a credit and I just tried to use given credit and now there no record of it. Spoke with Courtney who is not knowledgeable of anything she is a manager but had to call her manager . Sheesh . SAVE YOUR MONEY and ur business and a headache and DONT GO EAT AT PIZZA HUT IN STREATOR!!! i’d make that extra trip and go to Peru or Ottawa they both have amazing service and don’t burn ur food then not replace it . No WONDER some pizza huts go down the pipe. This one is in its way next I’m going to let my 250,000 followers know what happened to this was highway robbery at this place . Then the workers are not knowledgeable. The food was terrible . F-

I’ve been to and worked at Pizza Hut and I must say I was happy with crew working here. Bread sticks came out first and were fresh and the pizza topping were enough and spaced out great! Good job !!

I called in personal pan with Italian sausage and diet Dr Pepper. Vincent told me it would be about $10. I reminded him of the lunch special . So he said wait a minute. So he re rang as lunch special.
Went to the drive thru gal came took money and gave me the diet Dr Pepper said pizza would be out in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later still wasn’t there. Got on the phone to see what was happening and they finally brought the pizza out.
Also asked for lunch special menu they don’t have one. I know that is wrong because I was in the store last Friday and they had all kinds of them by the register. Wasn’t to happy with the service.

The salad and breadsticks were good. The pizza was prepared correctly and cooked well but lacked flavor. Dine in has no option for fountain drinks. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. The salt shaker was sticky. The server was friendly and efficient.

This would be a 5 star pizza place if they actually stayed open until the time on shown on Google. We tried to order online as we do every Saturday at 10:30PM and they were closed! So we called our local pizza hut and were redirected to a call center in India instead of the actual store location. I hung up. Eyes rolling. Do better!!!! Love the pizza. Awful experience tonight!

I ordered take out 2 sandwiches and bread sticks. I have never had such bad food. The sandwiches were over cooked so hard u could not eat them. Was supposed to come with chips and a pickle and I didn’t get them.. such a shame. I tried calling them but they didn’t answer the phone. Probably because they knew they did such a bad job…

The Big New Yorker X Wings deal was a nice way for me to try a pizza that isn’t always on the menu and get something that I usually don’t even think about from Pizza Hut. The Big New Yorker Was done exactly the way I wanted it and I have no problems with it. I chose Sweet Chili as my sauce for the wings and I loved it, but some of the wings were really small and still counted toward the 8 that you get in a serving, which made it not feel as worth it as a stand-alone item.
Overall, a great deal, but that one detail gives this rating a 4 instead of a 5.

Great food – pizza was perfection. I tried their wings for the first time and will definitely order them again! Another great stuffed crust pizza tonight. Streator PH is great!
