Food was as expected very good for what it is, was made on time as well most of the time at other locations I’ve had to wait even still after giving an extra 5 minutes to the pick up time, service was nice quick and professional will be back and do recommend

We have ordered food from this location many times, and the food is always good and hot. Yesterday we ordered pizza and wings, and the food was barely warm when it arrived. I know football sunday’s are much busier but the food still has to be hot when delivered. I know they will improve this situation. Our latest delivery was perfect.

I ordered a pizza and chicken Alfredo.
Pizza was supposed to be with extra onion I could barely find onions on mine and same thing with black olives.
My chicken Alfredo was looking like fried pasta, didn’t have enough Alfredo sauce in it, and by counting I can tell you there was 3 pieces of chicken bites which my fish only eat more then that chicken at the time .
Horrible experience I do not recommend it.

The flavor was good but the quality was sub-par. The store was dirty and the staff had no emotion whatsoever. Pizza hut back 20-30 years ago was top of the line, now it’s just another fast food chain with high prices and mediocre food.

Male worker was extremely rude to all the customers waiting in the lobby. He was very angry with a customer for ordering 5 pizzas and 50 wings and he had no problem telling that customer over and over how upset he was. Then he said, “and for the rest of you people the problem is you’re showing up too soon”. Also said, “if you’ve ordered your pizza in the last 20 minutes it’s not even started”. I arrived to get my order 30 minutes after I ordered it, website said approximately 10-20 minutes. This individual needs to find a new job, obviously making pizza and dealing with customers is not his strong attribute.

It was a pretty cool little “Hut” in Wilmington. Employees were super nice. We were on a casual Sunday ride and decided to stop by for some easy to eat Traveling Food. The Honey BBQ Wings were Awesome! I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m out and about, in the vicinity … LoL

$65 will get you a medium pepperoni pizza, 18 wings, and a 2 liter. Never again, that was outrageous. The food itself was hot and fresh, no complaint with the quality. The price? Unacceptable

$54 for a stuffed crust, medium pan and a two-liter of pepsi. Both pizzas were over cooked and didnt slap at all. Order from fox’s, pizza for you or any other local place. They can all easily out-pizza the hut.
