Super clean and cool poolside service. Great mocktails and banana colada’s and mahi mahi blt and fries and salad super great service. Devon answered all our questions and order was accurate. Pool staff was so friendly it’s all delicious food and wonderful staff.

Great place for dining outside next to a beautiful pool. Good food. Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Food portions are big. Drink menu is extensive. Not cheap but you are on Kiawah island.

Loggerhead Grill used to be a fantastic place to go, really great views and good food varieties. However, coming here in peak beach season June 2021 they did a terrible remodel of their menu. There’s 3 options now for lunch, and all at the same price. The turkey sandwich is worse than a grocery store sandwich; basic bread with 3 slices of turkey and a bland tomato. It’s night and day from their previous menu of fish tacos, which were fantastic. The poke bowl was equally bad, with one scoop of rice and a few pieces of salmon with a ton of black sesame seeds and 3 slices of avocado.
Each item I mentioned cost $18, which was perfectly fine for their old menus.
End result; still great views, terrible menu and way overpriced for the new options.
They need to change the menu back to what it was; it was my family’s favorite place to go in Kiawah, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone go until they change their menu back to what it was.

Just wonderful! Perfect poolside dining – umbrellas for shade, lovely view, delicious food (Mahi tacos), great drink menu (frosé), and excellent service. We’ll be back for sure!

One of my fav restaurants to visit while on Kiawah! They have vegan options on the menu, and the limoncello spritz is amazing!!! Bar and patio seating, poolside service, and beach side service. Never had a bad meal here. Only downside is they aren’t open late or prime dinner hours.

Great location and atmosphere but that’s where it ends. The fish tacos were average at best and the chips and salsa were stale. It took quite a while for our food to arrive even though it was a simple dish. The poor understaffed crew was spread too thin and drinks went empty for quite a while.

Fantastic food. Try the lagerhead blt (mahi mahi, BLT with this great aoli sauce)… It’s awesome… I actually had it two days in a row. Once at the pool and once on the beach.

Absolutely incredible setting, steps from the beach. The service however, left alot to be desired. We got seated quickly, but our salads took over 30 minutes to get to our table. This was after we watched several other tables get their food first, but they were seated well after us. Just need to train the new staff better. It’s definitely worth doing though, they will get better.
