We stopped at this Pizza Hut, today, at 12:30pm on a Sunday. The place was completely empty and one worker came up from the kitchen saying he was the only employee there and he wasn’t taking orders or dine-in because he was busy in the back… Even though the sign out front says open daily for dine in at 11am… It seems all the recent reviews are accurate with the way this location is, severely understaffed and lazy staff with insane wait times or they just turn you away because they have no staff. We of course didn’t eat here because the one employee that was too busy in the back turned us away. So just save yourself some time and irritation, go to one of the other pizza places in this town as it appears this Pizza Hut is maybe in the process of shutting down with their poor service, apparently poor quality and turning customers away because their employees are too busy doing other things in the back.

We stopped by on our first day after a hike, but the staff told us there would be a 30-minute wait so we gave up.

On the second day, we placed an order, and it took about 50 minutes to be ready. When we picked it up, we understood why, this place is clearly understaffed. We saw just one server, one guy in the kitchen, and another person walking around in back.

The food was disappointing. Only the pizza that was just okay. Fried chicken was $12, fries were $5, and the portion and quality were honestly sad and they tasted bad. Fries were so soggy. I don’t expect much from fast food, but this felt like too much for what we got.

You know that moment when you’re starving after hiking all day in Glacier Park and “why not try Pizza Hut” turns into a legit fun detour? That was me—ready for something easy, comfy, and, well, not fine dining gear-up. Here’s my breakdown:
1. Hawaiian pizza — unexpectedly tasty. Sweet pineapple, savory ham—totally earned 5 stars.
2. Restroom cleanliness — I won’t lie, it’s meh. Gotta give it 3 stars, just keeping it real.
3. Music — guess what? It was my personal jam playlist. That alone gets 5 stars from me.
4. Server game — chilled vibes, no extra fluff, just smooth and friendly. Easily a solid 4.5 stars.
5. Floors — could’ve been cleaner, so let’s call it 3 stars there.

All that said, compared to other park-side fast-food joints, this one actually stands out. I saw a few reviewers mention friendly service and clean(ish) spots around Montana’s locations . This joint picks up where others kinda drop off.

Bottom line: You want something quick, warm, and just kind of feel-good after hiking? Rocketing yourself into 5-star territory? You’re basically there with the pizza and playlist vibes. Just needs a little scrub-up and boom — perfect detour.

My husband placed an order for pizza tonight at 9:16 p.m. Pizza Hut does not close until 10:00 p.m. on Friday night. We waited until 10 minutes ago, which was 10:30. And we then heard from the doordash driver that the restaurant was closed and the woman at the window said that they weren’t taking any more orders. They took our money, but we got no pizza. Apparently this restaurant’s employees do not know how to do their jobs properly. Sorry to say I think they should probably hire some people that know what they’re doing. And we’d like our money back. I now understand the 3.6 rating…and that’s generous. Will not be ordering again.

The people are usually nice, but the food is almost always over or under cooked, and the wait time at the drive through can be substantial. I’ve ordered extra cheese on three of the last four pizzas, but received more cheese on the one ordered regularly somehow. Consistently. At least incorrect, dry, and overcooked orders are edible with enough water though. I didn’t feel the need to leave a review until I was handed a pile of raw dough with icing on it that I couldn’t salvage… weak sauce…

Ordered some pizza online from the one in cfalls. They called and said we dont have pan crust is hand tossed fine? I was like hell yeah dude. Under cooked, like way under cooked and it was thin crust. I couldn’t drive all the way back to cfalls. I threw it in the oven as if I got papa murphys. Hands down the worst pizza hut experience I’ve ever had. I never leave a bad review ever. This was review worthy.

This was our first time at the C. Falls Pizza Hut. Now, Pizza Hut has always been my favorite and I have been jonesing for a good Pizza Hit pan Pizza. So, my bride and I popped in after getting my hairs cut. The young lady there, I believe her name was Robin. She was an excellent hostess, paid attention to our needs without hovering or being dismissive. The Pizza was excellent and the garlic bread sticks. OMG! They had REAL toasted garlic on top!!!! So good! If y’all get a chance, stop on in to the C. Falls Pizza Hut, just down the road apiece from Nucleus.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Pizza Hut was bad enough that it needs to be said.

We were “helped” by an older woman named Robin, and her customer service was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, she clearly had no interest in acknowledging us. We stood at the counter and politely called out to her several times, and she literally kept her back turned to us, ignoring us like we weren’t even there.

When she finally did come over, there was no greeting, no basic courtesy, nothing. Just attitude. When it came time to pay, she tossed the card machine toward us right as the tip screen popped up, which felt really passive-aggressive and unprofessional. On top of that, she kept giving us dirty looks, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward.

I completely understand that people have long days and get tired, but basic respect and manners are not optional when you’re working with customers. Being ignored, treated like an inconvenience, and then given attitude on top of it is unacceptable.

Because of this experience with Robin, I honestly don’t feel like coming back to this location. Management needs to address this – no customer should be treated that way.

I ordered, Through Instacart, a large thin crust pepperoni pizza, 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi, And garlic dip. I also ordered barbecue chicken wings. The Chicken wings were to be free because I ordered at least than $25 Worth of food which was the special Deal. What I received was a hand tossed large pepperoni pizza, 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi, and blue cheese. No wings. The receipt had The items I received listed on it. I don’t know if there’s some kind of problem with their machine that prints out the orders. I’m Extremely upset disappointed. I don’t know if I’ll be able to trust Pizza Hut again. I can’t believe they charged $1.33 for a small package Addressing.

We decided to try the 80s throwback night. A grumpy woman named Robin told us it was going to be a 40 minute wait but there was another gal who ended up being our server who sat us right away. Got our drinks ordered. Tea was terrible and so watered down and same with sodas. Ordered the 3 kids personal pan pizzas to get those started. They were out of breadsticks so ordered 2 orders of the boneless wings, the medium $5.99 one topping pizza, and a large meat lovers. Our server seemed to be occupied everywhere and pretty distracted away from her one table. No plates, no silverware, couldn’t bring out the food in a timely manner. The kids pizzas sat on that counter for over 25 minutes and we just stared at them as EVERY single server or employee walked by. We didn’t think it could be our food since our server seemed to dance around it and not bring it to us. Apart from that, not one employee cared how long the food sat with no heat lamp and had that mentality of, “if it’s not my table, I’m not running it.” Wings were cold (another item we sat and stared at) server was no where to be found so couldn’t ask if that was our food. Hand tossed pizza was undercooked. Bummer experience to be honest. When we had got there all but 2 tables had their food. We came towards the 715 mark.
