Not happy with this order I ordered a pizza and didn’t receive all of what we ordered. Called twice they do not pick up. When I got through the second time and asked to talk with a manager he put me on hold again. It has been 20 minutes and still holding. When you order something you should receive what you ordered. Finally picked up after 35 minutes then told me they didn’t have a manager available. I explained to him what the problem was and the phone went silent he didn’t even reply anything to me. We did pay for it and they took the money. Will not purchase again I will go to Missoula for Papa Murphy’s, Little Caesars, and Papa Johns so many other great places that actually has customer service. Very, very poor service.

Are you guys serious? Closed for lunch hour? Great delivery staff but obviously horrible management, wish they would give their employees some hours and be OPEN for more than just the late dinner crowd. No more school pizza parties or lunch at work from these guys. Oh, and they don’t even offer blue cheese dip for any of their wings anymore. Disappointing

Food was great. Stood at the counter with 3 plus employees looking at us for o er 5 minutes before a manager (who wasn’t from that store)came to wait on us. Said manager was great compared to the rest of the staff. Overall it was a good experience and tasted great.

Last time I was here, I went through the drive through, picked up my order just to have one item missing. Went back through, just to wait 10 minutes before an employee came to the window, meanwhile we witnessed 4 or 5 employees walk by, looking at us & telling others to deal with us. Just to have another 15 minute wait for the item they had forgot. 1/10 recommend

I ordered a pizza here a couple months ago and they had me wait 30 minutes and when I came back they had me wait another 20, I came back again today to get pizza and when I got it it was barely cut to the point where I couldn’t even get a slice up from it.

The Pizza’s were horrible, they didn’t put any sauce on it, we took the order back uneaten. The manager was sitting in her vehicle out side after questioning the server where she was. We went to talk to her, she really didn’t care, had no idea who her boss was, and did nothing to try to make it right. If this was the first time it won’t of mattered, but this is the 3rd time we have ordered from this location, and our order hasn’t come with everything we had paid for and wasn’t made right. We have had crushed pizza’s stuck to the top of the box, pizza’s made with out sauce, ordered wings and bread sticks and never got them. We tried every time to address it at that location and each time have been meet with I don’t know we can’t help you. We will not be ordering from here again!
