We have had one bad experience here after another. We have always been loyal customers, and recently we ordered for delivery and one of our pizzas came and it was just onions. It was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage, so just onions was not even close! It was suppose to be for my kiddos! I called and they said they credited the order back on our account. I was happy enough that they attempted to remedy the mistake. A month later, we decided to use the credit but could not figure out how to pay with it. Finally, after many calls, the order went through credited and then came significantly late. We opened the box and couldn’t figure out what in the heck the kind of pizza it was. Took a bit- It was Buffalo chicken! The all time worst pizza, in my opinion. Not even the neighbors wanted this pizza we tried to giveaway. We then had to go out to a fast food drive through because by this time, it was nearly 8pm and I have young kids (1 yr and 6).Safe to say, we WILL NOT be going back. We will be finding a new pizza delivery company to order from, for our easy pizza night!

I ordered the Edge pizza. I would have done better with baking a frozen thin crust pizza, at least it would have been hot. This cold mess pizza had no sauce, plastic cheese and low toppings. I don’t expect the pizza to look like the commercial, but come on warm and appetizing would have been nice.

The pizza and breadsticks were delicious. The salad was fresh. The busy man running around to all of the cars was friendly. We did have to wait awhile longer than we expected to because we ordered ahead online but we totally understand. Everyone is having trouble getting help. We appreciate that Pizza Hut has stayed open and kept their high level of quality.

Ordered a doordash from them. Out of a pasta, breadsticks, 3 drinks, and 2 things of marinara, I got the pasta and the marinara. Not particularly happy with doordash either for not confirming they had everything, but Pizza Hut didn’t bother to hand off most of my order to her. Hoping my $40 pasta is at least serviceable.

So, at 4:13, I called in an order for carryout. It was simple, 2 large pizzas and a cinnamon rolls. The guy on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 4:29. The door was locked, the lobby was closed. At 4:33 an employee came out and said they were busy, asked for name and then went back inside. At 4:40 the employee returned to my vehicle with 2 boxes and a receipt. I gave a $100 bill and they went to get change. I then noticed the name on the receipt was not my name. I looked in the boxes to find these were not my pizzas.

Normally I don’t have any issues with this location. Ordered a few things for delivery. Delivery driver showed up approx 15 minutes early. Long story short, when we sat down not even 5 minutes later, noticed our order was hardly even warm. I’m sure it’s very busy, aside of it being the night before Halloween, or maybe the order was sitting out waiting ready to go, or who knows. Anyways, this will still be the place I call for a pizza. Thank you Pizza Hut!
