In town with not many options, Pizza Hut seems to be a safe bet. And it was good. The service was good even though they were busy with takeouts. It’s located in almost empty shopping plaza. Our server was the only one taking care of dine in customers and take out customers. He did great. The kitchen crew ran non stop in there, so were those delivery drivers.

The food was good and they had a great special which made it even better. The service was very good, but the restaurant is quite old and strangely decorated. The shopping center it is in is half empty and almost seemed abandoned at first. In all, it turned out good and the food was good.

I was very disappointed in the service night. My husband and I went to dinner waited 15 minutes for Menus. Our waitress didn’t make any conversation with us. She didn’t ask If we would like refills on our drink. There was Foul language in the dinning room. We had to send one of the pizzas back because it wasn’t cut. Our pizzas came out at different times

The online experience is lacking so much that I almost didn’t order. The website, no matter where you are crashes several times. It took me almost an hour to order because half the buttons don’t work. Get it together pizza hut or you’ll lose business. I’m ordering delivery because I didn’t want to go out. Maybe next time I will call and do carry out since the 5 dollar fee doesn’t go to the driver anyways. It’s sad. I will never order off my phone again as it is the least use friendly experience I’ve ever had.

No one out pizzas the hut? I ordered a five topping pizza online as one of their “deals”. Seems they skimp the toppings on deals. Especially the expensive ones.
Edit 04/23/24. I don’t know why I keep giving them business. Maybe because we have nothing on glendive for delivery. Seems to be a reoccurring theme at this place. I ordered two separate wings. One traditional Buffalo mild. One bone out honey BBQ. I recieved buffalo mild on both. Ordered extra ranch which I paid for probably and was never recieved. I’m done with this pizza hut. It isn’t worth it. I will say the manager I spoke with this evening offered to make it right and added a credit to my account which I might never use. I didn’t catch his name but he has top notch customer service skills offering multiple options.

Ordered a pizza for carry out. Got it back to the hotel to find it had no sauce on it. Called and ended up speaking to a manager (Carolyn?) that offered to remake the pizza and have it delivered. Over an hour later, no pizza. Called back and spoke to Cassandra (another manager? First one was gone apparently) to find out the first manager had my phone number and hotel wrong (even though my correct phone number was attached to the original order) Cassandra offered to again remake it and send it to the correct place. It’s been an hour and 45 mins and just got the second pizza…again with no sauce on it. What a nightmare and waste of money.

Ordered delivery to our hotel. Got a text saying order was on the way and it still took 25 min for them to drive two miles. Pizza was cold. Missing Parmesan shaker we paid extra for, container for the wings is melted! Looks like the container was microwaved to heat up the chicken. No napkins or plates provided. Pathetic!!! Tried calling the store to speak to a manager but just left on hold and no one picks up.

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but I can’t let this one pass. We ordered two large pizzas to go and sat at a table while waiting for our order. After receiving the pizzas, we stayed a little longer because my son was writing a note for his friend, which we planned to stick on the pizza box. Then, a lady came over and told us that we couldn’t stay inside if we ordered to go. She was polite in saying it, but I just don’t understand why she told us to leave even there was only one table occupied, and the store was spacious with plenty of available seating.

put my order in at 7. got 6 wings and a small pizza. didn’t get my order until 8:14 and they had not started my pizza until 7:58. the cashier gave me a discount because it took so long and i appreciate it and she even apologized many times but why did it take so long?

This was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been at a restaurant like this. The doors to entry were dirty enough that I didn’t let my kids touch them, and once we walked through them, there was a very distinct foul odor. There was an office area to the side that was disturbingly messy with all the security camera feed openly displayed. The staff did not have breadsticks or any of the beer advertised, and had very offputing customer service. When we noticed the staff working the back then coming out to eat with some one and then return to the back and begin cooking again without washing, it really made us reconsider. The bathroom were disgusting and smelled like people had been using drugs in them, yet it was only our family and the staff/thierguest/family that were in the restaurant, and as in the other review, after we decided to cancel our order and just stop at drinks, we were quickly requested and made uncomfortable enough to leave and find other food. This restaurant made me uncomfortable like no other I’ve been to. Everything was dirty, and beyond that, the vibe was way off.I would not recommend !
