This place is pretty good for roasted chicken. I got the half chicken with jasmine rice and green beans, and the flavor was definitely there. My only complaint is that some parts of the chicken were a bit dry but the majoritywas juicy. You could tell it had been sitting under a warmer or in an oven for a while. I think if the chicken is fresh, this place could be great. I did go late in the afternoon when they weren’t busy, so it might have been leftovers. I also tried the green and mango sauces, and both were good. I’ll definitely try this place again.

This was my first time here. The gentleman took me through the entire menu to make sure I knew what everything was and how it was made. I tried the 1/4 chicken (breast & wing) with two sides (yucca fries & yellow rice), a beef empanada and plantains. The chicken is rotisserie and very flavorful. Not what you get from Walmart Publix or Costco. Flavor isn’t just on the skin. If you didn’t know the fries were yucca, you’d think they were regular potato “steak fries”. Yellow rice was regular/basic. Empanada was crispy and flaky on the edges and delicious. Beef had onions and peppers in it. Plantains are dusted with cinnamon & sugar. Sweet. All that with a drink was $25. I would definitely eat here again.

I really do love Braza Chicken — the food is always amazing, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. But unfortunately, every time I pick up my order, something’s always missing. This is the third time it’s happened now — either my coleslaw or my extra side (that I paid for) isn’t in the bag.
I try to call when it happens, but no one answers or the person who does isn’t exactly pleasant. I’ve been told to “come back” to get what’s missing, but I live 15 minutes away. I always make sure to ask if everything’s in the bag before leaving, but when I’m in a rush I tend to not check.
I really hope this can be addressed — I love your food, but it’s getting hard to keep overlooking these mistakes.

The restaurant serves delicious rotisserie chicken, empanadas, and also tried the rice They highlight the fresh, flavorful food, unfortunately they are not generous, not even fair, the portions are very small, they should call it mini rotisserie chicken. The price well 13$ for 2 tiny sides n a 1/4 chicken. I’ve been there twice thinking the 1st time they didn’t have enough chicken but no 2nd time the chicken was more tiny. The staff seems serious and not friendly the place is very clean environment, pretty place looks kind of dark like is not open but they are. The food is really good but prices not. I order same side bc so small. Thanks Braza.

Me and my fiancée have been smelling this place when we drive by for months and finally went inside and the biggest regret of my life is not getting it the first time I drove by. Inside it is one of the cleanest places I have ever stepped foot in. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing with relaxing music softly playing and good vibes. The staff will treat you better than your own family does. Everything I ate was very well seasoned and amazing and fresh. The flavors will change your life. I would recommend this place to everybody. The prices (and portions)are good as well.

Had this for the first time on a Monday. The manager took some time to thoroughly go over the menu, which I appreciated. Everything that I ordered was cooked perfectly, the 1/2 rotisserie chicken was moist, the beans were flavorful, and the plantains weren’t under or overcooked. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The chicken is delicious. It is very well flavored with a taste that is unique to the area. This is one of the rare resturaunts that I have actually made return trips to. I get the whole chicken, chicken bowl, and beef empanadas. Yes, just one of those dishes would suffice, but the fomo is strong when I pull up to place my order.

I made a purchase earlier in the week and was dissatisfied for after I got home I realize that my ordered plantains were not in my bowl. Also, I could count the pieces of steak in my bowl down to 3 1/2 pieces. I took a picture. I called back to the establishment and spoke with one of the Employees and was told to return at my convenience and speak with the manager. By the end of the week I had time to return to the restaurant. I requested to speak with the manager. The manager was very polite in his approach. I explained to him my concern with my previous purchase earlier in the week. I then showed him a photo of the bowl, as well as my receipt for what I had ordered. The manager asked, “which bowl would you like?” I responded this time, “a chicken bowl with yellow rice, plantains and green beans. Upon, receiving my bowl (free of charge), I was more than grateful and expressed my gratitude . I must admit, my bowl was perfect. It was more than what I initially expected. Thank you for providing excellent customer service. I will forever be a Braza Chicken customer!
