As I entered the restaurant to pick up my order, i was hit with an unsettling smell, like mildew or maybe sewage, which was unlike my great experience when i dined in last time. I paid extra for cinnabon icing with our cinnastix. I had to check our boxes to be sure we got them, but none of our extra sauces were there, so I am glad I checked. As the front desk woman hands me the cinnastix icing, I asked if they were out of the cinnabon cream cheese icing. I order the cream cheese icing in the first place because the regular icing tastes like chemicals to me, and makes my mouth burn. The front desk lady, who was very kind, asked the kitchen staff if i could have the cream cheese icing, but he told her to just give me cinnastix icing. How do they make cinnabons then now? Just open the cinnastix icing and pour it on? I used to work for a pizza hut and we always had a nice container with a scoop to put the cream cheese icing in souffle cups. And, when we ran out, we would simply put it out of stock on the online menu, or call the customer to ask if they were okay to use the other icing. Overall, my cinnastix tasted bland, almost like the ratio of cinnamon sugar was way off.. i can barely taste any sugar at all… i tried to enjoy the icing thinking maybe they fixed the recipe, but it still makes my mouth burn. I would have been much more understanding had they called me in advance to let me know they didnt offer cinnabon icing for cinnastix, afterall I had scheduled this order to be made almost an hour after i placed it, leaving plenty of time for quality assurance on this order. Now when I get home I will have to go to the grocery store to get my own cream cheese icing, and put more sugar on it just to be able to enjoy the meal 🙁

I’m done with this Pizza Hut.
90% of the time, they forget the sour cream and taco sauce that goes with a taco pizza.
50% of the time, they get a pasta order wrong.
This last order, the ingredients didn’t even go to the edge of the dough. There was dough showing about 1 inch inside where the edge rises. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting out all day. The other pizza, cut into squares, was all over inside the box. Extra ingredients that were ordered, had maybe 4 pieces of that ingredient over the entire pizza. The food was cold when it arrived. This was my last order I’ll ever do with this location.

Weird experience one of the employee’s literally kept meowing like a cat the entire time we were eating and when she dropped off are pizza looked at us and meowed again and walked away. Then she proceeded to meow again at someone when handing an order to that person when they were picking up food. The food was also terrible.

Pizza delivered looked to have already been eaten. Big hole that appeared to be a bite taken out. Order was missing a salad also. When we tried calling the store they transferred us to a line that never answered. So we went to them and they refused to do anything at all even acknowledge a problem

Like all service industries they are short of help. Some from Covid hangover and some from corporate mismanagement. Unfortunately this restaurant is a victim of both. I felt bad for the staff, one guy cooking and taking orders and the only other person was the delivery driver, who to her credit was trying to help. Shift change was happening so more people were showing up for evening schedule.
The wings were not the best as they may have been not very fresh to start with, the breadsticks were good though.
C’mon Pizza Hut, up your pay to attract adequate help, I know, I know chain store economics. Well multiply your cost benefit ratios to figure in loss of customers and maybe you’ll see the importance of staffing. Get out of your corporate offices and go into a restaurant and see the fruits of your ineptitude.

I can honestly say I’ve never once had my order done correctly while ordering from here. The only thing I ever get is a large pan pepperoni pizza and it’s always messed up, or something totally different than what I ordered. Person working front desk has consistently been a real joy to deal with as well.

Not ordering anymore, all the cheese was in the center and there were 3 pieces with no cheese or toppings at all, I haven’t been able to get good service from there in quite some time so I’m done no more will I be getting anything from the Sidney pizza hut

They didn’t bring what I ordered and they brought stuff I didn’t order. Delivery driver had dirty clothes and oily hands and arms from a vehicle. The only thing they got right was the chicken wings. The wings didn’t have hardly any sauce
