Great pizza and pasta was top notch! The placement and cut of my pizza was the stuff to write home about. My pasta actually had enough toppings sauce so I had enough for every bite to be coated. Delicious! Thank you for a great meal. They even remembered to include a fork!

Took 1 whole hour longer then they said. Got the ultimate hot bundle. They messed up on every item but 1. wrong pizza, wrong breadsticks, missing sauces. Whole dinner ruined better get a full refund for this bs. Sat and watched workers tell some customers they were out of certain items or sauces and then proceed to give other customers the same items. Horrible service. I will never order here again.

The atmosphere was clean, and welcoming. The cashier( a young woman dressed like a bee) was very helpful helping me decide what to order. My food was hot and fresh. Overall customer service was fabulous! It could have been a little warmer temperature wise- the room was cold. Five stars!!

I got pretty bad food poisoning from one of their pizzas, it didn’t even taste very good. I was sick for 5 days and became severely dehydrated. Something was wrong with the food and I’m never ordering Pizza Hut ever again.

Rude employees, I ordered a single pizza and breadsticks online and waited over an hour and kept getting told it would be 20 or more minutes each time or that there was 2 orders ahead of me. Would give 0 stars as they are more worried about getting door dash orders out. Definitely canceled my order

Just picked up my order that was “ready” 45 minutes earlier than it actually was. This store manipulates metrics so they don’t get screamed at by their franchisee/regional, instead of improving service times.
Expect to wait if you order at this location.
–I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, but each of my last 3 carryout orders were a minimum of 10 minutes late despite the store marking them ready. This is trained behavior.

I ordered food, never got it & was threatened by the staff there and was told no corporate number was available and some more stuff at the end of that was told to get tf out the store and me and my son almost jumped on! The GM and staff need to be fired and never to work at another Pizza Hut & really needs to be evaluated because how you beat me getting mad about my money that Pizza Hut took from me?! Anyways long story short I don’t have money to just give away in that case I would give it to my grandkids. I had an attitude because the bald one in the picture hung up the phone in my face! No need to hang up in my face nor answer the phone what do you want why are so many people calling this damn store. Called and spoke with someone above them and will be contacting a lawyer to see what can be done about this because it’s very disturbing to know that that’s who handles my food. Also when asking for a corporate number the number that she gave (the stores gm) she gave my son this yellow paper! That’s not a number. Instead of just giving me my money back. Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE STAFF

I placed an order online and I get a call saying they don’t have it and they ended up charging me $30 for a thin crust pizza that looks like it had been sitting out for a month. Then a doordasher showed up with my pizza instead of Pizza Hut and he had no change so I ended up having to give him a $10 tip. Not doing that ever again and anyone I know I will recommend them do the same

Called in an order tonight, was told 15 to 20 minutes.. cool. Showed up, she said they didn’t have my order. Reordered, she said 15 to 20 minutes. It was an hour and a half total wait time and this is what we got… Everything dumped in the middle who zero care.
