Horrible experience, on 11/15 I ordered out here for lunch at 12:10 pm. My food didn’t get to me until well after my lunch break a hour and a half later & my order was wrong! I was very upset & spoke w staff about the inconvenience & they gave me 5$ credit. Today ( 11/29) I called at 11:07 and again my lunch too over a hour and a half to get here. On top of that ordering my food was horrible! Whoever is answering the phones act like they couldn’t hear me I had to restate my card info at least 4 times & my order multiples times as well. After waiting a hour & a half my food arrived & the working said that I haven’t paid & telling me that I needed to pay. Apparently their system is slow with showing that customers have paid their money but definitely not slow at taking money. 2/5would not recommend, service is slow incompetent & when I called to complain about the service I had today I was hung up on!
