This experience was not new but we wanted to give Pizza Hut another try. Ultimate Tavern pizza… not ultimate at all! Delivered cold and 40 minutes late. Online delivery estimate was 25-35 minutes. Delivery was made 70 minutes later. The pizza was lukewarm and soggy. We also got garlic bread that had no garlic flavor. With all the pizza choices in St. Michael/Albertville, Pizza Hut has gone to the bottom of the list.

Called an order a pizza. The pizza was OK a little undercooked. It was delivered to my motel room which was great, but I specifically ordered Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper and none was delivered which really sucks when you’re looking forward to it, but I guess that’s the way it goes.

10/10! I’m not a “reviews person” but this was incredible?! Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and was so pleasantly surprised. We shouldn’t be SO surprised, but you usually know what you’re getting with take-out pizza.. and both my husband and I commented multiple times on how good this was.

The food is great, and the guy that helped me was fantastic, the only thing I had a problem with was while sitting inside waiting for my food, the (I think) manager who is tall, skinny and has an eyebrow piercing, was yelling at his employees and just being downright rude, yelling across the store for items and when he was told politely that the person he asked was busy, he said never mind and stomped around to grab what he needed himself. Everything was good, I just like seeing the employees getting treated correctly as well.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the man working in back tonight was beyond rude to myself and the young girl working the register within less than the 5 minutes I was there to pickup my takeout order.
I forgot to add Parmesan to my cart and so I asked for some at the counter and she said yes and to insert my card to pay. Once that was finished she turned around to ask him about it and he started freaking out at both of us about how it’s a mess to void it after payment, throwing his arms around and then said to just give it to me for free before walking away.
I wanted packets and didn’t know it was only a container now but I intended to pay for it either way and thought she added it to my bill before paying. At that point I didn’t even want it anymore and declined to take it.
I don’t know if he thought I was trying to get it for free or what made him act like that but it was incredibly uncalled for and he needs to chill out. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and I would never talk to my staff or customers like that.
I feel bad for the nice girl working the counter who got yelled at for asking a question but his attitude and how uncomfortable that interaction made me never want to return.
I’m new to town and this was my first time placing an order so I was excited to get food from here more often but that’s not happening anymore.

Pizza was cold. Didn’t receive the right quantity of cheese. Pizza slices weren’t cut all the way through.
